The decor looks like it's from 20 years ago. When I came back, there was literally no one around and finally after 5 minutes someone came out and I had to yell for them to notice I was there. More problematic is they broke my phone! During the repair I was told they damaged the display flex connector so now they have to order an entire replacement phone and I have to come back in 1-3 days (after a 2 hour "repair"). So, I took my PC to The Computer Guy (TCG) and he says my PC is fine and wants $30 for the diagnosis and another $300 to install a SSD hard drive. My PC is not fine, it takes almost 15-minutes to reboot, is slow and Outlook is not working despite reinstalling it and changing the email password multiple times. TCG said my Outlook problems was a GoDaddy issue (they host the email through Microsoft) so yesterday I spent 4.5 hours working with GoDaddy and they eventually said it was a hardware problem, exactly what I told TCG GoDaddy would say. I'm now hiring another IT company to remotely access my desktop and help me find a solution. What really bothered me about this situation was TCG asking me technical questions over my head when I am not a computer expert. It was like going to the doctor complaining about a pain and being told there is no problem because I don't know the cause.
