Oh My God !!!!! Eddy is a "10 Star" computer guy, my computer was infiltrated and infected by "Comcast My tecHelP" division, I called for help and the second I allowed them to enter my computer, they loaded the most disgusting crap in the tech business so every other day they spected me to call for help then they had the opportunity to sell me more junk that I don't need , otherwise "my computer wouldn't work at all" , all the junk they sell has a "90 days rebate" ....what a "SCAM" . I call Eddy for help, and he by using all the computer tools available, he couldn't get rid of all the junk Comcast damped on me, it was really terrible the technique they use to screw up my computer, so Eddy had to take my computer to his shop and clean it all the way from scratch. Now everything is perfect order thank's to Eddy. DO NOT EVER CALL COMCAST FOR TECHHELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to call my credit card at Wells Fargo and reported the Comcast scam, they took care of business instantly and got my money back without having to wait for the "90 days rebate scam ". Eddie does excellent work and he is a great guy and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is very honest and his rates were much less than his competitors. He came to our home the same day we called unlike having to wait a week for Best Buy. He repaired 2 laptops and he also set up the connection on our blue ray player so we could watch Netflix and he fixed all our problems with ease. We really enjoyed our experience with Eddie. I called The Computer Guy after fighting my operating system for long enough. I think my statement was, "Can you help me before I pick this computer up and throw it out my window!" His services were reasonably priced and super thorough; installing new memory, fixing my OS system issues, cleaning any viruses, recommending and purchasing an external hard drive and setting it up for me, and returning my computer in one days time. Eddie has been my computer guy for almost six years now. He's the best. I just want to drive my computer, not look under the hood. Eddie always figures out what's going on, has great suggestions and options, and helps me find what I need. When he came by today, I'd been having lots of issues with my Dell and with their "technicians". Eddie had a good diagnosis in no time and helped me straighten it out. Eddie was very helpful in setting up our Apple wireless gadgets. The Comcast cable guy couldn't get our Apple Extreme to work (he said it was probably damaged in the move) so we had to purchase one of their routers for our cable, phone and internet. Unfortunately, that router didn't help us with our wireless connection to our printer. It turns out our Extreme was not damaged and Eddie got it all connected pretty quickly. read more
