This should be the second donut place. I stopped at Sunday morning between the hours of 530 and 630. There was not a large selection of donuts at that time in the morning. I guess maybe I'm just an early bird and no one gets up early any longer, but I would think by 6:30 in the morning you should have all the types they make and should be ready ready. I've been there a couple of times and the people who work there are super nice. It makes going there even better. It's nice and clean, their air conditioning is on fleek and there are plenty of booths, and even a table if you want to hang out or relax and enjoy a nice donut. So they apparently they have blueberry donuts that may or may not be better than M&M Donuts, but they only sell it on Friday mornings. I went at 11.30am and asked for their blueberry donuts, but alas, they had already sold out. Wait, you make it once a week and you're already sold out by 11.30am? That's ... either you're really popular or you don't make enough. :( I instead then went to go get a chocolate on chocolate donut: chocolate top on a chocolate base. Fresh donuts (we've come at around 1am and 7:30pm) and super friendly staff. Today, after hearing me mention to my fiance that they didn't have the kind of donut I was particularly looking for, the owner asked me which one I wanted. I told her it was a cake donut with sprinkles and she said that she just dipped a batch but that they were still wet. She asked if that was okay, and when I said "sure," she brought them out and even gave them to me on a plate so that they didn't stick to the bag! The donuts are a little crispy on the outside and cakey on the inside...just as cake donuts are meant to be enjoyed. I love donuts and always try them at different places. Most places have decent donuts, but the ones from here are probably some of the best around! We've tried the maple old fashioned, the red velvet, and the frosted cake donut with sprinkles.
