This is meant for grab and go. My only qualms is there's quite a bid difference between specialty donuts (basically toppings) vs the regular donuts. If they're not for sale, why are they displayed where customers are expected to choose? It's confusing and frustrating. Additionally, the donuts in the display case are frequently mislabeled. I ordered items based on the posted name, only to be told the donut I requested is out of stock. That defeats the entire purpose of having a labeled display case. As a customer, I expect the display to accurately reflect what is available for purchase. Repeated inconsistencies like this make the ordering process inefficient and erode trust in the presentation. I genuinely enjoy the product, but the operational issues around display accuracy and availability need attention. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Krispy Kreme and waiting on their response.
