I stopped in for a quick caffeine fix before school let out, but the experience ended up being uncomfortable and stressful. I arrived 16minutes before 4 to ordered a Winnie with oat milk. There were only two people ahead of me, so I expected to be in and out quickly. When it was my turn, the cashier took my order after about five minutes, and another employee from the kitchen began making my drink. Around the same time, a teacher walked in asking about donut pricing and catering. She mentioned she had tried calling but the phones were off, which the cashier confirmed. The cashier did her best to answer the teacher's questions, but she was unsure about some details and asked the other employee for help. Instead of assisting or continuing to make my drink, that employee shrugged then just stood there listening to the conversation, completely pausing the drink-making process. It seemed like she forgot she had a drink sitting on the counter. The conversation continued for several minutes about flavors, pricing, and the two employees were asking each other what time the shop opened the next day. The cashier eventually noticed my drink hadn't been finished and told the other employee to call the manager while she completed it herself. By the time I finally received it, it was past 4:00, and the drink wasn't even filled all the way. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 17-minute wait that left me feeling anxious and frustrated. I hope the other customer got the information they needed, but I had been hoping to be in and out in under 10 minutes. read more

July 10, 2026 9:40 AM, We just left there after having the worst service in any resturant in Nolensville. We ordered two dozen donuts, milk and a London Fog. Five minutes after placing our order another customer came in and carried on a long conversation with the staff, and then left with her drink being made after 15 minutes. By the time we received our drinks we had finished eating the donuts (which arrived in very short order). My grandson was finished eating by that time (2 dozen donuts), and the London Fog I ordered was not only made wrong it was cold! What I got was simply black tea with cream (no vanilla or honey). When I said something to the girl about the order took way too long, and she spent to much time talking the the customer that ordered after us, she just looked clueless and walked off! I was going to ask for a refund, then 5 girls (which were finished eating) went to the counter and started up a conversation with the girl working, I did not have the time to wait and left with our untouched drinks on the table. I have said it before, this place is run by young kids, and needs someone to supervise! I can't help but ask, how long does it take to pour a child their glass of milk ?????? We used to eat there every Friday Morning (went elsewhere for a month for a change) , and the service gradually got better, today was the worst! The donuts are still the best in Nolensville, but they need to work on getting the drinks out faster, not a 1/2 hour after you get you donuts. read more

Great coffee shop- Located in Historic Nolensville. Good coffee, friendly staff, cute atmosphere and lobby with average prices. Recommend.

The donuts were just okay. They charge you a dollar for getting more than one type of donut and they charge a dollar extra for glaze. That is a $1 per different glazes. We got chocolate glazed and vanilla glazed so that was $2 extra. Which is annoying since the glaze is more like a drizzle. Also removed star because they didn't have a baby changing table in the women's restroom. read more

This is a cute little donut shop in Nolensville. We stopped in on our way to school one morning. Quick service to get donuts. As the name states they're itty bitty and they come with itty bitty wooden fork like devices to eat. I didn't have any but my kids did and they absolutely loved them. They said they'd be better if they were warm but that didn't stop them from eating every last one. I ordered some hot chocolate which was just okay. The donut itself reminds me almost of a funnel cake batter I would definitely get both of these again. It looks like they updated their hours and are now just closed on Sunday! Was excited to try this place again. I used to go when they had a food truck. I was a bit confused by the menus as they aren't very user friendly. I didn't like how they had so many specialized flavors but you could only order one flavor and not mix and match. In addition the donuts were okay, I was used to the mini style donuts they used to have. These were fairly thin and didn't give much Biscotti taste to it. read more

You get a set of 12 , so you can do 6 of a flavor and another 6 or just the 12. Cutest little cafe with great coffee too! This place is so weird and cool and small. The staff does a great job at explaining the menu and not being condescending-hipster about it. The price is right for the little bites. And they are really frigging good. Today I had espresso and maple. The girl working chose the maple (at my request) for me and it was great. They both were. I've gone to this place several times now. It's so hecking good, dangerous to live so close to it A lot of my pictures are from around December, so that's what it looked like during the holidays. They have a cute little free library, a record cart (idk if that's still there tho), and little smol plants with names sitting in the window. The people there are always very kind, and they're great at advising you when you want help or don't know what to get. We usually choose based off of the employee's recommendations and we've never been steered wrong. Some of the kindest people I've met at a food place As far as the food goes, the donuts are crisp on the outside, soft inside, and entirely melt in your mouth. The glazes are subtle, but add a lot to the overall flavor. Heck, I could eat the glaze by itself; absolutely delicious. Also, the tiny fork they serve it with! I love it!! If you're in the Nolensville area or are passing through, definitely give Itty Bitty Donuts a try. These donuts are best eaten fresh and they're gone quick, so eat in and enjoy them while they last!! Not much parking, you may have do a little dancing at peak times. An adorable, comfortable place. A dozen tiny donuts is the perfect amount to share for two. Coffee selection is classic and good. I used to love this place and told everyone to go here, but I will not return anymore. I called 20 minutes prior to leaving my house to see if the store would be open. They said they were open to 3pm. I told them I was on the way. I arrived at 2:40pm, and three employees told me the machine was off and they were shutting down. I like supporting small businesses, but if you want to have loyal customers, you have to stay open when you say you are. My family came in town and were so excited to try this place. So if anyone goes there, just know they will actually close 30 minutes prior. In response to the owner since I cannot respond on her comment, this should have been mentioned on the phone. The severe weather expired at 3pm. I called at 2:20pm. If you were so concerned with your employees, you would have been in the process of shutting down your business due to "severe weather" prior to my phone call. Your employees could have mentioned this at the time of my phone call instead of me going out in the "severe weather." read more

This place is kind of hidden. Most times my latte is wrong. They charge extra for breve (half and half) but its free for pour overs. So now I just go for the donuts.
