This neighborhood donut shop is an absolute gem tucked away in the SE suburbs of Houston! This has to be the most long standing family donut shop in this area and our go to spot, over any chains in the area. Their jumbo kolaches and croissant kolaches (especially the jalapeño ones) are so good and way bigger than what you find at most spots. The cake donuts are always fresh and delicious, and I love that they offer three types of donut holes--glazed, cinnamon, and chocolate. They also have a customizable breakfast burrito and sandwich, which makes it super easy to get exactly what you're craving. Whether you're doing drive-through, picking up on the go, or dining in, it's always quick, friendly, and tasty. Overall, a fantastic local spot that never disappoints! What to say about this place that the name doesn't already say. It is heaven, the klobasneks, donuts and my favorite freshly made breakfast tacos are some of the best you will find. The boudin klobasneks are my go to's. The breakfast tacos are potato, bacon, bean, and cheese, my favorite combination. They all taste good. The prices are not bad either for the size of the taco. Customers beware of shady business practices here. We have loved Donut Heaven since we moved into Sagemont 3 years ago. The donuts, kolaches and tacos are indeed delicious. We have been loyal and frequent customers, until this morning. I went in instead of going through the drive thru. Thats when I noticed they are charging customers an additional fee, a "service charge" for paying with a debit card. This is a shady and illegal business practice. I asked the cashier about it but she had no explanation. This is how you treat loyal customers? So disappointed in you, Donut Heaven. Now I have to find a new local morning spot. read more

They served me burnt kolaches. I tried calling them three times, but no one answered the phone. I returned with the receipt days later and explained that I tried calling several times. I presented my phone to show how often I tried calling to discuss the bad food I received. Before showing her my phone, I explained that I called. The lady explained that they always answer their phone, and then I showed her my phone so she could see how many times I tried calling. She looked at the phone but refused to replace the three kolaches, which were about $1.50 each. I told the lady I had visited that store for over twenty years. She said I should have returned the food (days late??). Yet, I had the receipt. Moreover, they knew that they served burnt food when they gave it to me in the bag. I have never asked for a replacement before. However, the lady refused to replace the food. When I asked for the manager, she replied," I am the manager." I later told her I would not return, and she said that was fine. So they will not see my money again. I have also asked my daughters not to patronize the store. Very bad service! read more

Stoped infor a quick breakfast sandwich,l ordered a large sausage and cheese. The price came in around $3.50. Unfortunately I did not have cash . I tried to pay with my debit card. The lady told me I had to buy at least $5.00 to use my card as payment. I just don't get that. If the merchant has to pay a 3% processing fee, the amount would be .11 cents. So she lost a potential Future customer over .11 cents. I am not sure how smart that is considering eating is my hobby. Did not have a chance to try the sandwich. read more
