Poor customer service. I dont know if they need more staff or need more training. Too bad, i really love their products.. but with this type of service.. i dont know if i would recommend..

I have been here at least a dozen times over the past few years and have had a good experience on each visit. I have never seen the place empty which should tell you something. There is always a good selection of fresh donuts to choose from and even when there are customers in line ahead of you the line moves quickly. I usually just pick up a donut to go but on a couple of occasions I have sat at one of the tables, there is seating for about 14 inside and the shop always looks clean and bright.
