I stopped by to try the ramen and spicy garlic edamame. I took the food to go, but honestly, I wish I had dined in instead because ramen usually tastes better fresh at the restaurant. I ordered a spicy ramen bowl, and it was okay. It wasn't bad, but it was missing some of the flavor I was hoping for. I ended up adding soy sauce to give it a little more depth. I'd give the ramen itself a 3/5. The spicy garlic edamame was unfortunately not what I expected. It tasted oddly sweet and didn't have the salty, tangy, spicy flavor that I usually love in edamame. That one was a 1/5 for me. Maybe I just prefer the ramen spots in Little Tokyo, because this place wasn't really doing it for me, even though I truly love ramen. On the positive side, the staff were nice and the restaurant itself is small but well kept. It wasn't terrible food, but it also wasn't a place I'd rush back to. read more

The ramen here is really good. I've had ramen in South Korea and in Koreatown, so I've definitely experienced both great ramen and not-so-great ramen. This place is a pleasant surprise for Palmdale. The pork broth was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was quick and attentive, and they even brought an extra bowl for my son without me having to ask, which was a thoughtful touch. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The lady in the front was very welcoming and told us we could sit where we liked. There aren't many places to sit inside the restaurant, I will say it is a bit crammed. The food came out quick and our server was attentive. I ordered the veggie ramen and it was amazing! Last night I ordered takeout from Luv Ramen and BBQ in Palmdale, and it truly impressed me. I ordered the Tonkotsu Black, and the bowl was well balanced and rich without feeling too heavy. Absolutely deserving 5 star! Grey and cold Tuesday afternoon so we decided to go in an get some hot ramen to warm up. And did we get lucky: tasty and fresh food, very good service and great prices. Our server brought our starter (spicy edamame) quite quickly and asked if we needed anything else besides the chopsticks provided (really nice touch, but we can handle them). The noodles were hard, was not spicy, and needed salt and pepper for me to be edible (they were puzzled that I even asked for it). Then we order our ramen meal one of ours got won ton ramen and her boyfriend order the chicken ramen and my wife and I decided to get the Tonkotsu miso ramen. The waitess brought us the appetizers the spicy garlic edamame were very good with great flavor like the garlic and other spices mix in the edamame everybody enjoy it. The mix tempura was really good with a crispy crunch when take a bit also comes with dipping sauce it also good. We finished with appetizers we waited for our main course then the waitress brought our ramen. We were each other ramen it so good. My Tonkotsu was incredible the rich flavor the broth that's was it's takes a hours to the flavor in the broth. The noodles was so good with broth but meal was incredible good it was tender rich in flavor. My wife and our friends enjoy their meals. The Karrage Don and Takoyaki are my go to. They always taste delicious and filling. The service is always on point, as soon as I enter to pick up my order someone is right there to greet me. I was fixing for something with noodles, though it was too hot for ramen, they had so many options besides ramen! I ordered the Yaki Udon with a side of Tofu Steak. The Tofu Steak was a little too fried for my taste, but the Yaki Udon satisfied my cravings. I also ordered some Takoyaki but it isn't shown because I tore that shit up lol.
