Found this bagel spot on Yelp & it did not disappoint! Pricing was very reasonable & they had such a large variety of bagels and spreads. I ordered an onion bagel w plain cream cheese and it was SO good. The bagels & coffee were also finished really quick. There's plenty of parking & indoor and outdoor seating. Would visit this spot in a heartbeat in my next trip to ABQ!

Not bad at all. Ordered a few sandwiches from here and a coffee. Not a fan of the coffee. The lox cream cheese isn't as potent as I'd like it to be. If you eat the bagels right away, after ordering, they have a pretty good texture and a nice flavor. If you wait a little bit, it will definitely need some reheating.

Visited on a Saturday morning and ordered an egg+cheese bagel sandwich with an iced mocha. I thought having schmear on the egg+cheese was a little odd, but it was still pretty good. Iced mocha was solid as well! The food and drinks were served really quickly and the staff was nice. There was a musician playing outside as well. Free parking in the lot behind the storefront. Would come back again!

Cute bagel shop with friendly staff. I haven't ventured too much into their different sandwiches but what I've had the veggie lox is so tasty. I also love the flavor of their drip coffee. It's a chill spot for a little bagel date.

We were not expecting to have a good bagel in Albuquerque, but was pleasantly surprised. On a Sunday morning , the line was out the door. There are several bagel and spread options to choose from. My daughter had the breakfast bagel , with egg, bacon and tomato and sundried tomato basil cream cheese. She enjoyed the freshness of the sandwich. I had a pretzel bagel with rosemary olive spread. The pretzel bagel had too much salt, but the spread was delicious. The latte , from a local roaster was smooth. The entire experience was not rushed and welcoming, even with the line. The store is owned and operated by locals and the bagels are boiled. I was not familiar with the boiling process, but they were very good.

Everything was perfect! Just in town for the day and stopped in for breakfast because I was craving bagels (so hard to find good ones in New Mexico in general). I thought the bagels sandwiches were tasty we had for breakfast and brought another bakers dozen home of various varieties and loved them all. The bagels were a bit on the smaller side than I'm used to I guess vs a Noah or Einstein bagels but not hating in this economy and still delicious. Service was perfect and shop is perfect for a casual sit down or grab to go.

Girl you taught me how to hurt real bad and cry myself to sleep You showed me how this town can shatter dreams Another lesson about a naive fool that came to Babylon And found out that the pie don't taste so sweet...but, now Bagels do.. We, the lost in the high desert, without decent east coast bagels...Found our Bagel Nirvana at... Kaufman's Bagels...joy in their Bagel Sandwiches...and most crunchyscrumptous Everything Bagels w. a shmear. Each bite was chewed ever so slowly, to capture Brooklyn's Finest. Rats by the bagels

I have to say this place could be much better overall atmosphere is dirty . The windows were dirty the black wall is filthy gross dirty . Counters are cluttered. There was a ton of staff doing nothing play toys but toys that are RATS and a baby one . O so horrific the bagels were resent and the match had no sweetener nor asked if I wanted any. Not super easy to get too. Wouldn't waste my time no one cares about this business enough to go back. The girls behind the counter looked like they just crawled out of bed.

New York bagels in the desert southwest? Yup, join Tom Neiman, Jim Tritten, and a few of the boys from the VA Creative Writing Group as they continue finding interesting places to eat. Authentic New York bagels made in Albuquerque, New Mexico along old historic Route 66. Great food, attentive staff, and an unusual setting with indoor and outdoor seating. The place was well decorated, clean, and had a wide array of baked goods that looked delicious. There was a large dining area with soft jazz music playing, reminiscent of a bagel shop in NYC. Prompted by one of the other Yelp reviews, I ordered the breakfast sandwich (choice of bagel, eggs, cheese, and meat). I opted for turkey sausage on a red chile bagel. I also ordered an iced Americano since they didn't offer cold brew. The Americano was refreshingly strong and very tasty. The espresso didn't taste burnt or like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can tell). Sadly, the breakfast sandwich was underwhelming. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else. Next time, I'd like to try a toasted bagel with a cream cheese that accentuates the flavor of the bagel.

I also took home a cheese and Calabrian chile bagel that was equally delicious. The other win for Sunday Babels is the vegan cashew spread, that according to my vegan daughter, is unmatched by any other restaurant. I'd have to agree with her and, so far, have been unable to recreate the delicious spread. If I'm in Albuquerque for the weekend, I'm waiting in line for a bagel.

So its a bit awkward because there is a sign asking you not to seat yourself until you've ordered your food. It can make you feel a little anxious because if its really busy, where are you going to sit. We saw people waiting around not knowing what to do. Let me start by saying our food took way too long to come out, I even saw someone walk out because they were waiting so long on their food. I saw someone waiting for their food who sat close to us, and it turned out to be a to-go and I was like darn, that felt like they waited 20+ mins. For what they have on their menu, I feel like they should be able churn out food orders pretty quick. A couple who ordered after us, got their full food order before we I got my French toast and everyone else at our table got their food. It felt like 10-15 min wait on my food after everyone at the table got theirs. There was also an issue with our order because we were waiting on a side, but then I guess it was never added to our order per our server. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. I was leaning a 3.5 star which would make it a 4 star review, but the hiccup with the order along with the wait time just killed my experience. We did end up balancing that green with the pistachio cruffin and pistachio chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely go back for the cruffin with its flaky layers and luscious pastry cream. Cookie was less impressive but still worth the impulse buy. Indoor and breezy outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!
