My ham and cheese croissant was lacking on both the ham & cheese :(

Come on maaaan! The service was great. The man and woman working here were very friendly and personable. I haven't been to a donut shop in years so maybe I'm out the loop but when I used to order ham and cheese croissants they were oozing with whatever white cheeee they put in there with layers of ham. I was craving a ham and cheese croissant so bad today so we came here and while I was eating the croissant I kept taking bite after bite looking for the ham or cheese... More than halfway through I finally found a super thin single layer of ham and cheese. Even after finishing I just felt so sad and cheated, like I just ate a bunch of bread, as flaky and buttery as it may have been.

I've had a lot of donuts in my life and this place has to be my favourite! The donuts aren't too sweet and they are super soft. The owners are really nice and they keep the place super clean. Definitely recommend the Nutella donut if you're stopping by! (I took two bites of my donut and ran to Yelp to write my review)

This is a great little donut shop. The only negative I have is that there are sometimes shady looking people perched outside the 7-11. So, we got the cake sprinkle donut (my personal favorite) and it did not disappoint. Great frosting and a thick little donut. The two donut holes were good, but I did not think they were anything special. The cronut, however, is amazing. I mean it better be for the amount of butter I imagine they drop into that little dough pile. But yeah, it exceeded my wildest dream. My friend and I split the mini cronut (which is only slightly cheaper than the normal). It was great - but I think a little over priced. Next time I would just get the full sized one because I think you get more bang for your buck.

Best cronuts! Great customer service! I went here for my birthday to get some cronuts and they (especially Nazzy) is sooooo sweet! They were extremely nice and helpful and I will continue to come here for their delicious treats ! The Cronuts are a 10/10 and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing ! give it a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

So I came here yesterday with a friend who absolutely loves the place! I can definitely see why. Excellent doughnuts, even though it was way into the afternoon. I had a chocolate cake doughnut with sprinkles as well as a regular glazed. Both phenomenal. The guy that was there, I assume, was the owner. Very nice guy, great service! I'll definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend it! read more

They serve cro-nuts! There are only a few donutteries serving cronuts -- this and Spudnuts. The service isn't so friendly, but they serve wide variety of fresh donuts. I recommend the cinnamon sugar small cro-nuts and also their glazed cronuts. They also server my favorite French crullers. The downside is that they're not open in the evenings so I can only get my cronut fix during the day on the weekends. read more

The pastries are delicious. So are the breakfast sandwiches. The owners are so nice and accommodating. They will deliver or I can call it in and they will have an order ready for me. Hot tip..... the cheese and berry croissants are to die for. read more

I love donuts. I will go out of my way to get a good, fresh donut. I've even gone to bakersfield for a donut. I only live five miles or so from this place with several donut places in between. This place is not worth the drive. It is just like all of the other donut shops in between and not worth the extra drive. On a positive note, they have cronuts. Unfortunately, their cronuts are not that good. They're overly doughy, with far too much glaze or cinnamon (one of their other flavors). They're not worth the calories. I honestly don't understand the basis for so many five star reviews. At least I didn't die. read more

Wonderful! I took a look based on the Yelp reviews, and wasn't disappointed. I picked up a scattering of different donuts to sample. Some highlights: * The apple fritter was frittery without being overly greasy. (It could have had more cinnamon.) * The buttermilk bar was wonderful. Its interior consistency was excellent. * The maple bar was my wife's, and she said it was "very good." * They even elevate regular old glazed raised donuts to a new level. Again, not greasy at all, the outsides are glazed properly, and the insides are actually bready rather than donutty. Also, they weren't cloyingly sweet, but they were sweet enough to feel like a treat. read more

This shop really is the queen of donuts. And bagels. And sandwiches. And boba. A transformer blew in the neighborhood so we were in need of breakfast foods. I tried the red velvet donut, which was out of this world amazing. Next was the ham and cream cheese croissant, which was flaky and filled to the brim. I also got a Thai iced tea and it was perfectly made. My total for all three items, plus their $0.45 fee for debit purchases under $10 was $7.99 and it was quite a bargain. They serve all sorts of cronuts, bagels, sandwiches and donuts. I can't wait to go back! read more

Wow! So many other "best donuts in LA" all taste and look similar. These are bigger and fluffier, really taste homemade, especially when you get there early in the day. The blueberry donuts are the first cake donut I've really enjoyed. And of course regular glazed. And vanilla glazed. And the cronuts. And the jelly filled oooh the jelly filled. Oh and the double chocolate. Staff is super friendly, especially considering they've probably been up since 2 or 3 AM In short this place helped me to enjoy living in the valley read more

I went in for a Blueberry bagel & was tempted with the Nutella filled donut. Omg. Delicious! If you're going to break the diet, have one of these donuts. SO yumm!! Today I got a healthy juice. Celery, beets, carrot, ginger. This place is awesome, fast service AND you can call in your order ahead of time. They open at 5am. Definitely 5 stars for this place!! read more

I used to love coming here for my breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches and now, not so much. The past several times I have gone, they have managed to mistake what I asked. (No mustard please) the first time was fine, the second time was okay... But by the seventh time I am kind of feeling they either don't listen or don't care. I've called and they always tell me "you said no mayonnaise". I think I should know, since yes I am the few that's severely allergic to mustard. I guess I'll just stick to their donuts to be safe. read more

Get there early before they sell out of the chocolate chip croissants! Good breakfast sandwiches and the variety of donuts is decent. Parking usually isn't an issue. I'm not a big fan of the coffee but the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are the best. read more

I love to come here sometimes after school, they have amazing donuts, that are cheap, and great boba drinks! My favorite is the matcha green tea with boba, the boba is fresh, and the slush is delicious! My favorite donut is their Nutella donut and jelly donuts, so tasty! I totally recommend this place! Donut Queen is my all time favorite donut shop! Delicious donuts and French Roast Coffee , and does not stop there! I love the Egg, Bacon, Ham bagel sandwich and also the Spicy Sausage and Egg bagel. She has excellent FRESH squeezed 100% orange juice that gives me more energy than the coffee! I also love her banana/strawberry shake!! For Lunch I like the Roast Beef and Turkey sandwiches the best. She uses fresh ingredients and has very friendly girls that work there. All valley locals know about this place and I'm very happy to work so close to Donut Queen I go there every day! This is THE BEST donut place I've ever been too. Queen donuts are so fresh they melt in your mouth like cotton candy. Even the Hawaiian Hazelnut Coffee is so yummy. I usually get the crumbed coffee cake donut and the crumbed glazed donut. ITS SO WORTH THE CALORIES !!!!! The guy there is always in a great mood and so nice. The place is always clean. Since my job relocated I miss my morning routine stops there. I'd drive from the Santa Clarita Valley to Tarzana just to get a donut at Queens. read more

There's also another donut shop south of the boulevard on Topanga Canyon (I believe around 4872 Topanga Canyon Blvd) that does an excellent job. If you go too late, they're usually sold out -- which says a lot. Sometimes driving a little farther for better quality, larger donuts, and fair prices is absolutely worth the trip.

With plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping plaza, this small shaved ice and boba shop may be the only shaved ice in the area. I haven't really searched for any others because Brian's always gets the job done. I remember this was one of the first shops, back in the day, that had the dole whip ("they have the dole whip that Disneyland has!!") and people used to come for that. Now you can get dole whip anywhere but those were good times. They haven't expanded on the size, but they've kept this place up and the service is still excellent. Every time I come in, the seats are clean, if people aren't sitting in them and the vibe is cool. I used to always order a shaved ice, but lately, my oldest and I have been into their boba drinks. My youngest always get a shaved ice with 3 flavors and he loves some sour spray. My oldest always gets a milk tea boba and I switch off between all the milk tea boba flavors. This time I went with the jasmine milk tea and I wasn't feeling that one as much. I am a fan of lavender, caramel, taro, Thai and chai, and my goal is to ultimately try them all. I highly recommend Brian's after all of these years and make sure to grab a stamp card. If you have kids, it'll fill up fast! 10 stamps gets you a free item! OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

They offer a variety of menu options from wraps to plates. I opted for the gyro plate and oh wow it came with so much food! Included a bed of rice, the gyro which was flavorful and moist. It also came with grilled vegetables, bread, hummus, side salad and dessert. The restaurant itself is small but very clean inside and has a modern vibe. They also have a couple table outside as well. It's located in a complex and there is parking available.

When I got there (09:30) come to find out they open at 11:00. So guess what!? In the same plaza I see a nice coffee shop and decided to have some. I went in, checked out the goodies and a very nice Cashier (Gabby) quickly took my order and faster than you could spit into the wind, my Blueberry Muffin & hot black coffee were ready. The ambience is pleasant and everyone I met, well, they were very courteous, friendly and service minded. There coffee you can smell as you walk in and their bread's are gr8. Parking is plentiful. I've been going here for years, but I never tried one of their mixed drinks so this is my experience. but it won't stop me from getting what I usually do which is a cold brew or hot brew which are fine.

We usually walk here because it's so close. We went on a weekend in the evening and the place was pretty much empty. Maybe it's still new and most people don't know it's open. The ice cream choices were standard, nothing that stood out. I got a scoop of the mint and chip and it was just ok. Very standard flavor, and not creamy at all. Staff was nice and they have a few tables inside. Price is also good, not expensive as some of the other places.

I went here on my way to work and got a plain bagel with egg and cheese. They make everything fresh and delicious. I also got freshly squeezed OJ which was soooo good not overly sweet. I definitely recommend this place has great freshly made food/sandwiches. I need to go back and try the donuts there is a bananas Nutella donut I saw there and I really need to have some of this in my life! Maybe grab a coffee while I am there its freshly made and smells delicious. read more

I tried the chocolate donut, and it was decent. The flavor was a bit bland, and it could have been fresher. The icing was too thick and overpowering. The dough was a bit dense. Overall, it was just okay, not amazing. read more
