We had their ham and cheese croissants and when I say they were the best we've ever had, that is me being short on words, because I can say so much more--but why when you can just taste it and let it speak for itself. Warm, savory jalapeños, flaky, light, airy croissants. The perfect amount of cheese on the perfectly scrambled egg.... I could go on forever, but I do have to actually go to work at some point. The orange juice is fresher than fresh. I had to slow down to avoid running out of juice before running out of sandwich. The portions can easily be shared between two people. I had a whole one because I'm a greedy human. However, that is not necessary. If you miss this place, you are missing a full experience and I am sad for you. I live in Sacramento, but every time I come to Burbank, this is a stop. Come here every now and then for breakfast before school, the ladies who work here are extremely nice. The place is pretty nice on the inside and has places to sit. I usually get the bacon sandwich without the jalapeños, it's the best local spot for drinks, sandwiches, and donuts. read more

Great smoothies and food. Quiet neighborhood spot tucked in strip mall on Reseda Blvd. The staff is super nice and accommodating.

This was my 3rd time here. I tried the bagels this time and they were more like soft bread than bagels. They didn't put that much cream cheese either. Also, their "cappuccino" was heavily sweetened and was t fresh; it was from that readymade machine. I do appreciate their vast menu-options though. The ambience was fine - it's a very spacious place - but almost a waste of space since there aren't any tables or chairs to sit and chill; this place could be a cafe. The service was okay. The owner's nice but the others aren't that friendly. A situation though: I wanted to use the restroom, and as a customer - not the general public - I proceeded to go, but one of the employees stopped me and said "you have to ask [to use the restrooms]. I was pretty disappointed by that as I saw a random gentlemen enter, use it, and leave, and I was a paying customer...the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand the general public cannot use it (as the sign stated), but it was odd for a paying customer to not be able to use it. read more

The service is great & the food is delicious! I would just rather have my tip go to the workers who attended me & made my food rather than the owner. That's my only complaint from this place. I noticed the owner taking the tips on a couple of times I visited. As someone with experience in customer service jobs, I'm aware the tips go to the workers of the shift. This is the best deli donut shop you'll ever find. Reasonable prices, huge servings. Amazing food and smoothies. Even though they raised their price as a dollar you can get a giant hoagie for eight bucks. Or a bagel cream cheese for 350 or less. The Asian lady is the best!!! She's very kind, efficient and makes the best bagel sandwiches! I think it's because she makes it with love. She's very clean as well unlike the other staff who looks unhygienic (always looking greasy). You will know who I'm talking about when you see her. I never bother coming in when I see her there. The first time I went there was in 2022 and she gave me food poisoning. I saw her touch money then she didn't change her gloves to prepare my food. I'm usually very fussy, but she was nice to me and I didn't want to offend her by telling her I don't want it anymore. Stupid me still ate my bagel because I haven't eaten all day and was so hungry. Maybe my tummy is really not used to bacteria, but I was sick for a week. I didn't go back for a long time until I discovered that there are other people who work there. I mentioned my experience to a colleague when he bought donuts and he said he noticed that same lady not change her gloves too. Things like this need to get taken seriously! Usually I really like this place and the sandwiches but the lady that works on Sunday mornings isn't very nice. Ive ordered the same sandwich every time I've gone and when I came today and ordered that sandwich the lady gave me a different one and I told her it was the wrong one but she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that I had ordered the wrong sandwich. I know what I ordered and never got anything else different but she continued saying that I ordered it wrong. I took the sandwich because I didn't want her to waste it but we all make mistakes sometimes it just harder for some people to accept it. Also I was upcharged avocado. Tia is great! Everything looks so good. The ham and cheese looks and taste great. They don't use microwave to heat it up. It's heated the right way in the toaster. Idk about anything else here but these donuts are trash. I went at 8am on a Sunday and these donuts feel at least a day old. Even if they were fresh they would be basic, might as well have bought Dunkin'. There are so many great donuts in LA skip this place. I walked into the donut shop with my 2 little sisters and from the jump , the lady working was rude. Didn't greet us at all , we weren't sure if she was taking our order or just staring at us. Then when ordering , she had attitude after everything we ordered. We asked for 2 boba drinks and she told us they don't have boba , but the customer after us asked for boba and she said yes.Once my payment was approved , she just walked away from the counter without saying anything. I was waiting in line to get some donuts and morning coffee. My wife asked to the restroom and the clerk said that restrooms are for paying customers only. We said we were going to buy some things and asked to use the restroom again. The clerk asked to charge us first before letting my wife in.
