    Old doughnut bad

Selling a day or two old dough nuts. Hard and chewy donuts. Service was okay as nothing special to mentioned. Do not buy any doughnuts from this place. You'll get a few days old doughnuts. Bad bad ...

I dont know why they have low reviews. All I can say is that the donuts I like, which are old fashion maple and glazed donut holes, are always fresh. They also sell sandwiches. Have always found it strange for donut places to sell sandwiches, but whatever. To each their own I suppose. Ample parking in the lot. Havent ever had a problem since it shares the lot with Vons and CVS.

Met the new owners. Super sweet people. Pastramis bagel sandwich was off the chain! And donuts are super fresh and tasty. New management makes a difference.

Is this what you call a jelly donut?

A disgrace. The apple fritter was apple-less and stale. The donut holes tasted days old. The jelly donut was a laughing matter! Never going back here again..

Selection, selection, selection. This photo was taken at 6pm. They were fresh!! I know I ate two of them.

This is my go to donut shop. Open around the clock with a full selection of donuts, baked muffins and bear claws. I find the donuts fresh. There is something special about a cake or old fashion donuts. They do not have cereal on them nor jelly beans, just good ol' donuts. I am not sure why people are so mean spirited in their reviews. I only get good service and fresh goods when I go there. It's Winchell's! Yay! Parking available in lot. Great location on Reseda near Ventura.

Maple Bar - hot, fresh straight out the oven at 2am...

If your looking for a real sub look no further A friend…read moretold me about Cricca's Deli & being a big fan of Sub's I had to check this place out. Let just start with Cricca's Deli makes some seriously well-crafted sandwiches. The quality really stands out -- generous portions of meat, fresh vegetables, and great attention to detail in every bite. You have several choices of bread, and I went with the soft roll, which tasted bakery-fresh and was the perfect match for the sandwich. The large subs are truly large -- easily big enough to share between two people. If you're looking for a deli sandwich made with fresh ingredients and generous portions, Cricca's is definitely worth a visit. If you in the area or looking for a high quality sandwich you have to check this place out - you will not be disappointed. I'll be back For Sure

Ok. I've seen this place online and thought to myself "if I'm ever in Woodland Hills, I'm going…read morehere". Well.....today was the day. It's a small Italian deli that hits the way you want it to. To the right as soon as you walk in, there's seats and a table where you can wait for your to go order or to eat there. The entire shop was clean, neat and orderly. It's sensory overload walking in. There's a lot going on. The menu is massive. I knew what I wanted after doing some homework before arriving so I was ready. The lady that took my order couldn't have been more of a pleasure to deal with. I placed my order, paid, tipped and sat down. A few minutes later, I had what is probably the best sandwich I've had this year. I should have sat in the parking lot and enjoyed it but I wanted the elbow room because I knew this was a monster. After I got home and unwrapped this behemoth, I instantly knew it was worth the drive. The Dillinger (which is what I ordered) has Pastrami, Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Mozz Cheese, Garlic Butter and Marinara Sauce. If there's a better (big back) sandwich, I'll wait for your reply. This was soooooo gooood. In every bite you could taste each ingredient separately and it was an explosion of flavors. I ordered a small cup of their marinara sauce to dip/drizzle on each bite.....couldn't have been a better decision. Worth it. The 3 ladies that were working the front counter (around noon on 4/23) were the best. Just an all around great experience and fantastic food. I'll be back soon FOR SURE!!!!

I ordered a the Dom and a supremo on their website at about 1:30pm on a Friday. It was ready at 2:30, which seemed like a crazy long wait for a sandwich, especially considering the place was empty when I got there. But alas. I wonder if it would have been quicker for me to just go in and order in person. Anyway, the wait (and 30 minutes of wandering around target to kill time) was worth it. The supremo - it's basically a slice of pepperoni cheese bread. Which is delicious. My late uncle's friend used to make us a pepperoni bread every year at Christmas and try as I might, I could never make it as good as hers. This one is closer than I've gotten! They forgot the side of Marinara for dipping, though, but it's fine because I have no chill and inhaled this thing on the drive home. While I was expecting something a little bigger based on the photo and the price, it was tasty and I would prooooobably get it again. The Dom - the real reason I'm here: a sandwich! I asked them to swap out the provolone for pepper jack, as I do not like provolone. The ratio of all the ingredients was spot on! The bread was soft with a little chew. Everything was fresh. Sandwich was a good size overall. 10/10, would eat again. Excited to go back to try a pizza or maybe a meatball sub or lasagna!

I am writing as a longtime and loyal customer regarding a deeply disappointing experience involving…read morethe purchase of what was represented and sold as meat knishes from your store. My husband purchased several knishes from Mort's Deli. We understood these to be meat knishes based upon how they were described and priced. After bringing them home and cutting them open, we discovered that they were not true meat knishes, but rather potato-and-meat knishes. Had the product been accurately described, we would not have purchased it. We specifically sought meat knishes and paid the corresponding price (see the receipts attached). When I contacted the store to address the issue, employee Kate maintained that the potato-and-meat knish should nevertheless be considered a meat knish. Regardless of the terminology used internally by the store, the product was not what we reasonably understood we were purchasing. The situation became even more troubling when I repeatedly requested copies of the receipts. During the course of the dispute, I was informed that the receipts were not accessible. However, the receipts were ultimately produced and later emailed to me as ordered by the police. Notably, the receipts explicitly identified the product as a "Brisket Knish" and reflected the corresponding charge. The receipts therefore became an important part of understanding how the product had been represented and sold. Rather than resolving the matter promptly and professionally, manager Gail continued to escalate the situation unnecessarily. Ultimately, Gail instigated the calling of law enforcement to the store. Two police officers responded to the scene. Following their investigation, the store was ordered by the police to produce the receipts. The police officers became involved in what should have been a routine customer-service matter. With their assistance, the receipts were eventually produced after previously being misrepresented as inaccessible. What makes this experience particularly upsetting is that my husband is severely disabled, partially paralyzed, and walks with a cane. What should have been a simple request for fair treatment escalated into an unnecessary confrontation involving law enforcement. The needless inconvenience, travel, physical burden, and emotional distress inflicted upon both my husband and me were unfair and unjustifiable. As loyal customers, we found the entire experience shocking and disturbing. We sent the store owner an email detailing the incident but the owner never responded.
