$6 turkey sandwich WITH avocado!!! run, don't walk! i ran some errands in this plaza and while my friend went next door, i couldn't help but notice the abundance of sandwich posters all over this building. i didn't even realize it was a donut shop. yvonne helped me with my order, and she is so sweet! they have nearly 50 options of freshly made breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as huge pastries and donuts in their display. i love that their menu includes pictures, and they have an abundance of smoothies, juices, and boba teas. i ordered a #18 turkey + cheese with avocado. i didn't realize it was automatically a hot sandwich, but i just brought it home and put it in the fridge. if you want a cold sandwich, you should specify. the sandwich was good, especially for the convenience and price. however, half of the sandwich was too burnt and had a burnt taste; not a big deal but the first half was better. the score would be higher if it was not partially burnt and they had more than one turkey option, but their menu is huge so the options are endless. the milk boba tea was great with plenty of boba, also $6. #18 TURKEY & CHEESE + AVOCADO 6.8/10 MILK BOBA TEA 9/10 this is a great, relatively "healthy" option for this plaza (next to a pizza place + fried chicken). i'll definitely be returning and trying some of their other menu items. ambiance: 3/5 (more of a takeout spot but they have few seats) food: 3.9/5 drinks: 5/5 service: 5/5 1 STAR DONUTS: 4/5 read more

Service was quick and friendly. The croissant sandwich looks like it won't be good but it was very tasty and toasty. It lacked a kick, thankfully I had salsa at home. So ask if they have jalapeños. This place is the best place in Los Angeles county for boba, or a sandwich and just all around great customer service! The owners are such sweethearts and I enjoy seeing them since I go there quite frequently with my boyfriend. They are always so kind and helpful. I recommend the milk tea boba it is my favorite and I've never had one as good as there's and my boyfriend loves their star iced coffee! This place is "good" but I won't be getting their shakes anymore they taste so sugary and cheap in my opinion the iced coffee was ok that was sweet too,too sweet. I definitely give this place more than 1 star. The traditional 3 leche cake batter donut, the 7 layer cheese cake claw and the mysteriously crispy dark and sharp were the best. My 5 year daughter insisted on trying the savory donut they call the wasabi "Bobcat." I told her she wouldn't like it. She took a bite and started crying. Derpy bad momma... shouldn't have let her. They take card and cash, not Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, so bring your wallet. It's worth it though. They have been keeping everything clean since COVID started. Writing this review because this place is new and improved! I lost across the street and the new owners have turned this place around. I went for breakfast and got an iced coffee & a bagel sandwhich. The bagel was good but the iced coffee had so much sugar in it that it was tremendously over powering. I had to lay down to make my stomach feel better. Most likely will go back but only if I can ask for light sugar. read more

This Donut shop is only five minutes from where I live and I never bothered to stop by and tried their Donuts in the 10 years that I lived in the neighborhood as I've always opted to drive to other Donut Shops that are farther away as I find them to be fresher than other Donut Shops that are around my neighborhood. Today I decided to give them a try and boy was I surprised, the Donuts looked Freshly Made so I bought half a dozen, when I got home to try them, they were soft and delicious. No more driving to other shops as I found the one that made me their customer. I stumbled upon this place as I was visiting my friend in the Valley and they offered great donuts at a great price. They are half off after 12 and that is an even better deal! They just got BLUEBERRY donuts on their menu and they are seriously really, really good especially after they heat it up or deep fry it again after you chose which donut you want to take down! They give M&M Donuts and Donuttery in the OC a good run for its money and you do not have to wait in crazy lines for those overhyped places.
