I intentionally scheduled it for a Tuesday because we pulled the whole thing together at the last minute and wanted to maximize my potential to find a caterer. He let me know up front that the last -second thing would be tough but he graciously accepted the challenge. Throughout the experience he communicated well and often to ensure that expectations were met on both sides. The day of the event they showed up on time and fully stocked. I was busy orchestrating the picnic events, but the response from our membership was positive regarding the quality of the meals they received. I'm somewhat of BBQ snob because I make some good stuff myself at home, but Tin Shack's food didn't disappoint me either. They'll be my first choice for my next event. And yes, if I knew he was at a brewery within a 30 minute drive of my location I'd gladly make the trip for their food and a beer. It was a fantastic decision. Hot Bunz has HUGE freshly baked cinnamon buns with a variety of icing flavors. They are able to put their product out fast and everyone enjoys. I bought a few extra to eat the next day!! ...but wait..there's more! The "buzz item" at our festival was the pretzel sticks that Hot Bunz had! I didn't get to try them because they sold out (they were that good!) If you're looking for a delicious food truck to try or one to book for your event, make sure these guys are at the top of your list! I can't wait to work with them again!

On top of that, the workers and owner were so nice and polite. We're hoping to make this 45 minute drive a once a week trip going forward!
