Packed into this little restaurant is an artisan storefront, a gelato window, a bakery, and a sandwich place. Wanting to try a little bit of everything, we got their cheese charcuterie and an Italian grinder sandwich to share for 2. Stellar, all of it. There was a great variety of cheeses on the board, including a truffle cheese and some kind of herbed goat cheese (which were my favorites), plus a mini brie and a blue cheese (boy's favorites). The board came with a bag of fresh baked focaccia slices on the side to spread the cheese/jams on and it was soooo good. The sandwich had toasty, melted cheese on the roll plus a seasoned tomato/lettuce situation that tied together all the meats so well. Definitely a napkin-heavy meal. They have a water station inside to grab cups, and carry-out bags/containers by request. Theres seating outside only that wraps around the building. Half of it was shaded. We actually left to walk around and came back for the gelato. They were actively putting out new flavors as we watched, so if you are waiting for one in particular just ask! You can split any size between two flavors, so i did chocolate and strawberry sorbet, boy did chocolate and cherry. I loved his cherry, it was so fresh and tart. The chocolate was rich and fit super well with the fruit flavors. They let you taste beforehand too, and the cranberry was also a hit for me! I both wish this was open closer to me and grateful that it's far away. Id be spending a lot more money here if it was nearby. DEFINITELY give them a try!!!

We'll get to that later. I find Chocolate grahm crackers, rice crispies, nutter butters, Oreo's, and of course artistic pretzels to name a few. All are hand dipped and decorated beautifully, no machine could make each so perfect. I move on and find chocolate spoons for drinks, I am intrigued by the alcohol infused craft chocolate and then... I see chocolate covered key lime pie! well and others but really? Who thinks of this? Well that is not the end. Every time I stop in, I learn more and more. They offer individualized wedding offerings and other event ideas. They really care about what a consumer may want and ask every time I arrive, what it is I might like to see made on the shelf and sometimes I may get to taste test something new! I'm not going to lie, I mention, I may just like chocolate covered gummy bears. I know not so elegant but they are surprisingly pleasant :) Ok so cost for these items are reasonable and fair. Reasonable enough that I plan to organize something original for the office this holiday season. Disclaimer: I have been to Italy and the best ever gelato I ever had was in Florence so my bar of expectations was really high. 5/5 perfection. The gelato itself had the exact mouth feel you expect from a authentic gelato. It was creamy and when rolled across your tongue melted instantly. It was lightly flavored of peach and topped with cinnamon. I mixed the cinnamon into the gelato to eat. I like how they topped it with a little cookie. Fair price for the quality of the gelato at $3.50 for one flavor. If I see them out and about again I will for sure stop over to get some.
