Honestly the best Gelato this side of Florence Italy. Plenty of parking in a large lot. Beautiful clean light and airy interior. Nice cafe style seating. There are about 12 flavors to choose from. I chose two flavors a pistachio and a hazelnut. My family had a cookies and cream and chocolate. The Gelato is made from high quality ingredients and worth every penny. Delicious, creamy gelato with tons of flavor (and vessel) options. Cups, cones, cookies and pints! All inside a cute and clean shop. The employee was sweet as gelato and took the time to ask about our day. When she heard that we were touring around Green Bay, she took the time to offer up local recommendations! Super cute little gelato shop! The place is tucked off the Main Street but easily accessible. I enjoyed the small gelato with espresso chocolate chip. It was so good and really creamy ($4 and a ton of gelato for the small). Loved the idea of their flights - it is $20 for 6 small cups of gelato. I would definitely try this if I was coming with a small group of friends. Very clean place and smelled delicious. Definitely will have to try the cookies/brownies sometime! read more

Great gelato! And can easily find their gelato at HyVee and Fresh Thyme grocery stores in Greenbay. I only have her gelato now. Going back to ice cream is terrible compared to Sara's gelato. So creamy, smooth, flavorful. My favorites: Salted Caramel, Peanut butter fudge, and Amarietta Cherry. I'm sure I haven't tried all her flavors yet, so many to choose from! Love it! This is a gem near the mall in Ashwaubenon. They dish up great sized portions and the inside has the cutest ambiance. Always tasty treats to grab! I still have yet to try the brownies or edible cookie dough (YUM!) but their pricing is pretty steep for what they offer. As a couple times a year visitor, I don't mind. Ok I really had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. But I tried two flavors, lemon bar and mint brownie and the lemon bar one was average, not very lemony, and then the mint brownie one was very fake tasting. Out of the way place, very cute on the inside and clean. The gelato is amazing, a soft and delicate flavor. The chocolate and Java chip mixed was yummy. I like how you can mix two flavors, even for the small size, gives us some choices and variety. Now, do not expect ice cream, gelato is different. It is more mild in flavor, not as cold, and has a more softer and 'bouncier' mouth feel. I recommend trying but gelato may not be for everyone. read more

Super picky? Her website will show you when she will have your favorites in stock. A must try for Green Bay. Support this local business and reward yourselves. First time here and will not be my last. Freshmade Gelato...very creamy and delicious flavor. If you cant decide, they also offer a 'flight' dish, featured six options in one sharing tray...or not. Do not forget the freshly made cookies, a little pricey for a cookie, but as I aways noted- you get what you paid for. Enjoy it. Came here after trying the brown butter pecan gelato at Rustique Pizzeria in Suamico....so happy to have discovered she has a storefront. Lots of really creative flavors to choose from. Well if you wanted a decent selection of gelato this is your place to go. They have 16 flavors on hand and you can get it as a cone or a dish. If you want to have a little fun you can have it made into a sandwich between 2 cookies. I got a small gelato but I was about to get the flight!! I mean who wouldn't love to share a flight of gelato with a loved one?! Is the place clean? Of course it is. As people left they were cleaning off the tables to make sure the next guest had a good time too. If they added one thing it would be some outdoor seating. Why stay in line at a franchise like Dairy Queen when you can support local like this place that is really good quality. Takes me back to my trips to Italy and Spain. Read the ingredients! Sarah's scores high on the ambience and clean charm it's locations offer. Flavor lineup is okay but the main issue here is what they put into their gelato. Product loaded with oils and other processed ingredients. I get that's an issue with many ice creams out there but for a fresh product I'm paying a premium for? No thanks. Money better spent on something I can feed my kids and not feel bad about what it's putting into their bodies. read more

Gelato that tastes as authentic as the kind you'd find in the heart of Italy. The wholesale aspect is really convenient because I was able to keep some in my freezer for later and when I took it out to have some, the creamy consistency was the same!!!!! Incredible how the gelato can contain so much authentic flavor and still keep in the freezer. Sara is a virtuoso in the way she uses natural flavoring. Packed into this little restaurant is an artisan storefront, a gelato window, a bakery, and a sandwich place. Wanting to try a little bit of everything, we got their cheese charcuterie and an Italian grinder sandwich to share for 2. Stellar, all of it. There was a great variety of cheeses on the board, including a truffle cheese and some kind of herbed goat cheese (which were my favorites), plus a mini brie and a blue cheese (boy's favorites). The board came with a bag of fresh baked focaccia slices on the side to spread the cheese/jams on and it was soooo good. The sandwich had toasty, melted cheese on the roll plus a seasoned tomato/lettuce situation that tied together all the meats so well. Definitely a napkin-heavy meal. They have a water station inside to grab cups, and carry-out bags/containers by request. Theres seating outside only that wraps around the building. Half of it was shaded. We actually left to walk around and came back for the gelato. They were actively putting out new flavors as we watched, so if you are waiting for one in particular just ask! You can split any size between two flavors, so i did chocolate and strawberry sorbet, boy did chocolate and cherry. I loved his cherry, it was so fresh and tart. The chocolate was rich and fit super well with the fruit flavors. They let you taste beforehand too, and the cranberry was also a hit for me! I both wish this was open closer to me and grateful that it's far away. Id be spending a lot more money here if it was nearby. DEFINITELY give them a try!!!

I wasn't a big fan of the flavor of the turkey and David didn't like the jam on it. The sandwiches were very filling and loaded perfectly with ingredients.

Sara's Gelato was a delightful experience for my first time there. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance created a relaxing atmosphere.
