I love smart cow! The flavors of yogurt are awesome, and has a wide variety of toppings to add! The service was quick, and the employees were nice. They've got a good variety of toppings, too, though I've seen more at other places. Prices are quite reasonable, too. There's a decent amount of seating, especially near the fireplace, and they have trivia playing on the TVs. This place is fantastic if you know what you want but if it's your first time there you will likely feel frustrated with your experience. It used to be that when you would come in the would allow you to sample the froyo, but now they give you the 3rd degree and allow you only 2 tasting cups. They have 16 flavors and rotate them frequently so it's hard to find what you may like with only two taster cups. read more

I like that you can get yogurt by my house with a ton of flavor options. The toppings section is vast and you can easily load up on way too much sugar so beware there. The prices are expensive was about $9 for two small servings between my husband and I. I like this place though and I think if it was not so expensive I would stop in more. read more

Wow.... probably the best FroYo spot I've been to. :) LOVED the flavors... the decor was very cute and stylish, and even though it was crazy busy in there it had a good "flow" to it. 41c per oz... which seemed like it might be on the pricey side, but when my dish tallied up it was still sub $4.00. So that wasn't too bad after all. The reason behind the 5 stars is all behind the flavors. They tasted so good -- seriously, the best FroYo I think I've ever had. And I loved how each little "station" had a cute name for the "twisted" version. For example, white chocolate mousse + espresso = White Chocolate Mocha. Blueberry tart + Cheesecake = Blueberry cheesecake I mixed a bunch together with a bunch of toppings. I think I liked the best the Salted Caramel Pretzel + Red Velvet cake = Let's Play Twister. Or maybe I liked the Blueberry cheesecake... i dunno they were all yummy! Especially with the granola, cinnamon crunchies, graham cracker crust, and blueberries on top! I'll be back! read more

The past 3 times ive been to Smart Cow the customer service was terrible. They were nothing but rude and very unhelpful. The only thing that was said was our total. One of the times I was there we waited at the cash register for at least 10 min while a worker was in the lobby. She finally walked over and goes "my coworker is in the bathroom... shouldn't take 20 F***ing minutes" She rang one of us up and then walked away. Very disappointed. read more

Stopped by with my family and we tried about every flavor. From cookies n cream, strawberries and cream, red velvet, italian tart, and more. The flavors were rich and creamy. Some froyo shops will have a water base which reduces the flavor, not the case at this place. I'd highly recommended for all ages! read more

My nieces love to go here. Their favorite type of ice cream is birthday cake. The staff always seems like they are very happy to be there. Wonderful addition for Green Bay. I love frozen yogurt, but over the years the stores have come and gone, until now. Smart cow has rotating flavors and a huge self serve topping bar. I got birthday cake and cookies & cream, and my husband got triple chocolate and cheesecake. I was so excited when I saw Green Bay finally got one too! Smart Cow does not disappoint. It's a serve-yourself place where you can get as much or as little as you want and they offer a huge variety of flavors and toppings. They also have little sample cups so you can try before you buy. Prices are reasonable ($.41/ounce) and they have an electronic loyalty card so once you buy 30 ounces you get a free 8 ounce yogurt. Cool place. Awesome flavors and lots of toppings such as cereal, graham crackers, syrups, nuts, candy, fruit, and those bubble things that you find in bubble tea, and more! You pay by the ounce. Good place for families too. There are a few tables that seat more than two or three and there's high chairs available. Also, I think the round chairs at the chalkboard table are fine for kids too. Discovered a new favorite! The possible combinations that can be made here are endless! My favorite is the cheesecake flavors, although they seem to not always have the different cheesecake flavors. Many of the flavors are ungodly sweet and taste more like candy then frozen yogurt. Also the chairs that are by the chalkboard tables are terrible. They look like a ball and are defiantly not for kids. My daughter sat on one and she fell off and bumped her head on the table. Shes lucky she didn't need stitches. While the idea that they donate money to local schools makes them seem like a great operation and somwhere you'd love to take your family I caution you to ask if that days proceeds are going to a school. Chances are they're not. They only donate on their grass roots tuesdays. Also if you're a school looking to get into the program becareful because if they give you a spot and it flops you might not get back on the list and if you do it will be a slow months like november or december. While its a great cause just remember its also a marketing gimick. Also the way the owners treat the staff is horrible. I've been in 3 times over the past 2 years and heard a male voice screaming and belittling an employee in the back. You could tell it wasnt a rare occurance either because the staff in front flinched then looked at each other and shrugged. It makes me wonder what goes on when there's no one there since they dont seem to care how they treat their employees when guests are around. read more
