The dispatch staff member was rather insensitive and seemed irritated with my questions given his repeated remark, "The tech will provide more details." For this reason, my rating is 4 stars. The technician made up for dispatch's cold disposition. The tech arrived within 25 minutes of confirming my service call and even called when he was 5 minutes away. He was courteous. I explained my situation. The tech provided an estimate for unlocking a deadbolt and offered options. With some muscle, he was managed to lift the garage door enough so that I could crawl under. What could have been a $200 bill was only a fraction of the cost.

I spoke directly with Danny. The interaction was not courteous, and I was told I would receive a callback with pricing and service timing after he spoke with his technician. I waited. After about an hour passed with no return call, I called back thinking I might have missed it. He again stated he had not yet spoken with the technician but promised to call me back. That call never came. I understand that small businesses get busy. What's not acceptable is telling a customer multiple times that you'll follow up and then not doing so. Clear communication is basic customer service. Before posting this, I took a moment to read other reviews, and it appears there may be a pattern of similar complaints about follow-ups and communication. That's concerning because reliability and responsiveness are critical when you're calling a locksmith. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions.
