He is very friendly, polite, thoughtful (even offered to put booties on his shoes) and clearly knows his stuff. We disappeared on work calls while Lenny got right to it, climbed into the attic, discovered it was a converter and not a big motor or other part. He had a new one on his truck, swapped it out and had the AC humming all in 20 minutes. He's tech enabled and created an ebill on the spot. And he was very reasonable in his final bill. I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all.
