I've been coming to Dora since 2016. She did all my wedding arrangements, special order pieces for my mom's bday and is my go to whenever a Lei is needed. She is the kindest soul and you will never leave dissatisfied. Granted there are many options i go with her every time. Her flowers are fresh they smell amazing and she truly takes pride in her work.

Picked up a lei from Dora's for Administrative Professional Day. Beautiful lei and friendly service. If you don't see what you want hanging, ask them. They keep the specialty leis in the back. I thought the lei was fresh and beautiful. will definitely be returning again for all my lei needs.

After calling almost every florist on island, we finally tracked down beautiful bright orange puakenikeni for my mother-in-law's funeral. Dora's son provided tips to keep the flowers fresh too. They're cash only but a neighboring lei stand has a ATM machine inside their booth. Don't waste your time going to the big florists...just call and go to Dora's!

I waited til the night before I had family photos to go look for a haku, I know, I'm a procrastinator, but I really needed one to hide all this extra forehead I have. I went and checked out each stand at the airport, some of the women at the stands acted like they didn't want any customers with their attitudes (first couple stands when you enter. there were a few really nice ladies, who even if they didn't have what I was looking for, they pointed me in the right direction. Out of all the stands, Dora's was the one who was able to help me and had the best price. She charged $30 while another stand wanted $45. I tried looking on the internet for hakus that Would match my dress but it was hard finding one that had light blue plus the other colors on my dress. I didn't know how to explain what I wanted So I showed her what I was gonna wear, having my doubts that i could find anyone that would be able to make it match at last minute. but to my complete surprise when I picked up the next day I was just in awe. It was beyond my expectations. I felt like I was a goddess in an enchanted garden when I put that thing on lol. I'll def be coming here if I ever need one again in the future :)

We were going to the Mainland for a graduation and Mother's day. Needed 4 flower leis and 4 haku leis. Called Dora's on Tuesday, for pickup on Friday night on the way to the flight. The leis were ready and so pretty! We had brought a Costco cooler bag and 6 frozen gel ice packs (ice packs have to be frozen solid to get through TSA) and put the damp, wrapped leis in ziplock bags. When we got to the hotel Saturday, we put them into the tiny refrigerator. And when we took them out on Sunday, they looked wonderful and still fresh!

Thank you, Twinsie "Auntie" Nadine C., for showing me love and introducing me to tuberose. I am a HUGE fan of tuberose now! I was thoughtfully blessed with some leis here and wow do I feel loved! Gorgeous, fragrant, and they lasted the whole trip with a light spritz of water in a bag and popped into the refrigerator. I even got to check the place out while we were leaving Chinatown. It's a cozy shop and you can tell they are very much well loved. What else can be said? Come here and get all your leis here. Nothing like getting lei'd by Cindy. This place is a daffodil-ight!

My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.
