She can appear approachable and compassionate one moment and in another moment she will rip you a new one. It depends on whether you catch her in a mood or not, and if the office is especially busy. On the plus side, she does seem to get things done if something needs to be communicated to Dr Fung. However she does often makes you (along with everyone else in the waiting room) fully aware of what an imposition it is for her to do so, and quite loudly. As someone with a newly diagnosed chronic disease of a serious nature, alongside the stresses that come with it, I definitely hit an impasse with her when she tore me a new one for some administrative confusion. I can't deal anymore with her mood swings--whether my next call will be answered by Jekyll or Hyde. I no longer have room for this kind of verbal and emotional assault in my life, especially from my primary health care provider office. I should not feel bullied, nor should I be made to feel trepidation for making a call to her office for a necessary medical request. I asked her how long do have to wait, she realized she skipped me from the list, but she didn't apologized or anything, she just said you're the next. Ridiculous!!! if I don't say anything, I might have to wait there forever. The doctors are awesome, that is the reason why I don't want to change to another clinic so far. Dr. Lin is daring and intelligent, she cared about every details that you said. Overall I really hope the doctors can improve the management, so that the nurses and the receptionists knows what to do and what shouldn't. For starters, Dr. Ng has aided and cured almost every physical ailment I've come under during my tenure in this world. Whether it be a minor cold, or a horrid case of the flu, Dr. Ng has been there to given professional medical advice and prescriptions to aid in a speedy recovery. The usual appointment for Dr. Ng goes like this... Appointment Time: 10:00am Arrive @ 10:00am - Chun: "Hi, 10:00am for Dr. Ng" - Nurse: "Sure, please have a seat." Proceed to wait in the waiting room. Approximately 2 Hours Later... - Nurse: "Chun, the Dr. will see you now..." Into one of three examination room (aka, waiting room number 2) Approximately 20 Minutes Later... Dr. Ng: "Hi Chun, Great to see you again! Have you gained/lost weight (as weight fluctuations is a seasonal thing for me)? So... What's wrong?" The entire sit down time with Dr. Ng goes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. There's never any rush to get you out of his office as Dr. Ng has always been the type to sit with you to understand your ailments to give the proper diagnosis. In addition, he takes the extra step in giving preventative measures on how to avoid such future related susceptibility. All in all, good personal care physicians are hard to find. I've heard horror stories about doctors that won't prescribe medication when a patient requires it, or ones that don't listen to detail so they misdiagnosis an ailment, etc... Just to show, when you find a good thing, stick with it. In this case, I found a great doctor and in all likelihood, he'll be my PCP until he retires.

First, she promised me she will not charge me for the visit and to see report, i only have to pay for the lab. Im not the type of person who takes advantage from other so thinking to treat her for a tea time to thank her. However, when i went back to see report she said didn't expect me to come back. And since i need to see report she need she collect $100 from me added up from the last visit, then i agreed. I quickpay my excoworker to pay for me that night. But the next day, i found out she only charge $40 for her selfpay patients to see her include followup to see report. I was so mad at that time. Two days later, i received a call from her office "remind me to pay." Ha! So phony, i told her that i dont have cash that day and she told me nicely, "no! no! Its ok, you can bring it back next time". I still paid her b/c i dont want to owe her anything. But no more business! I first heard about Dr. wang was from a family friend. When I had strep Troat, at first, I went to see the other two physicians (not going to name them) at another clinic. However, the medications (Guaifenesin and Zyrtec) that they prescribe me were not working quite well; in the end, I end up coughing throughout the nights, and there was a bloodstain on my mucus. It was such a painful experience that I won't ever forget about it or want to experience it again. When I first see Dr.Wang, she immediately prescribes Azithromycin and Robitussin. After I start taking Azithromycin and Robitussin, the cough was not as severe. But the cough continues, so I went to see her again. She then prescribes penicillin potassium 500 mg and instructs me to continue taking Robitussin but start intaking this newly prescribed antibiotic. To my surprise, it was effective, and I finally was able to sleep through the night. Not to mention, every time I get my flu shot, the staff would always contact me the next day to see how I am feeling, to know if I'm experiencing any discomfort or major side effects from the shot. I'm so glad that Dr.Wang is my current PCP, and are grateful for their care. I would highly recommend Dr.Wang and this clinic.

This place is Unprofessional and borderline malpractice. The office can be overly crowded at times even during Covid-19. The staff is usually overwhelmed and disorganized with paperwork.
