They also had high quality and great looking rectangular sinks on hand to install. The installers arrived in the window they provided and were very professional. They thoroughly cleaned up after theirselves when the installation was complete. I wish we had used Granite Surfaces of Texas to do our kitchen a couple of years ago. Will definitely use them for our master bath renovation as well.

They left the job without completion of promised tasks, including but not limited to polishing edges, installing the spigot, poor job of sealing the sink and left granite scraps in yard. They were contracted through Lowe's and still we were left with problems after reporting them.

Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

The staff here is easy to work with. On the plumbing side, Larry is very knowledgeable of all the various components and is quite friendly. Mike is also easy to work with and is helpful. On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru. She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws. She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders. Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders. They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation. The KFT that is at this plaza is a shiny new Kung Fu Tea location in the middle of nowhere in Richmond Texas, not too horribly far from Katy and not to horribly far from Sugar Land and not even too horribly far from Vietnamesetown and Chinatown. Sort of in the middle of all three of them, and a sort of a tumbleweed-infested wasteland between a lot of popular areas. If you like to take the Westpark Tollway then it's not too far off the tollway. It's also not too far from the Grand Parkway. And most importantly, it has extremely lovely service and really nice products too.
