Instead of the credit we were promised, I was told we would only receive $85 back. We paid $400 and ended up with two machines that still didn't work because the diagnosis was wrong. Despite this, the company refused to refund the diagnostic fees as promised. My father is a senior living on a fixed budget, so this was a significant financial burden. Based on our experience, I feel the company handled this situation unfairly.
