All Pro worked quickly to cover our truck issues, we got on road and put gas into diesel tank( green handles are NOT universal diesel) Back to All Pro in less than 1/2 hour to be pumped out, filters changed and filled with Diesel. The entire work crew was awesome. Owner was extremely accommodating to our pup and us for 9 hours of his day. The staff are friendly and upfront with all the fees, no hidden charges. This location is close to 95 so anyone, from anywhere is welcome with southern hospitality. I am happy to say that the nice folks at Gerber Collison in Brunswick recommended Bob and his staff at Barnes Auto, in Brunswick. Years ago I had an older car towed to Bob. It needed a new fuel pump. I wasn't going to drop the gas tank on a gravel driveway. Bob called me up prior to replacing the pump. He informed me that the PCM (power control module, the main computer) was bad. And since that part wasn't available he suggested scraping the car. A Saturn station wagon with approximately 295,000 miles had served me well. Lots of other places would have been happy to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace the fuel pump and then call me with the bad news. I recommend Bob and his staff at Barnes Auto to anyone looking for an honest shop where INTEGRITY is more important than a making a quick dollar. Thank you very much Bob, Tammy and the techs in back. Still not convinced , we went to Monumental Ford dealership next door. A big shout out to Lucy Brannan, Service Advisor . She was so kind and thoughtful and had Chris and his assistant take the car back to the bay. ( We have a Volvo) They gave it a thorough check for leaks and nails, which there weren't any and topped it off the air. We understood that and still looked at it, test drove it around the parking lot, and placed a refundable deposit. The salesman, and manager were present when we asked if it was fully refundable and we were told by Sales Manager Amanda that it was fully refundable. We were then told that it would be illegal to not refund it if we asked for a refund. We asked for the deposit to be documented as refundable as well. We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation.
