When I bought the coach I asked to make sure the roof had been inspected and sealed if required. I used the coach twice in the following two months. I went up on the roof to check my satellite system and felt a soft spot in the roof. . I called my salesman Chuck Woodruff who had the service manger call me. They asked me to bring the coach in the next day and they would take a look. As they told me if this had been found the first two weeks no questions asked. However, after two months they would have to take a look and see what repairs were needed. I took the coach to them and they made sure to fit me into a very busy repair shop and delivery prep. They repaired the roof, luan board, and insulation at no cost to me and took care of a couple of lights that didn't work. Thank you for not finding a way to disappoint me and instead stepping up and solving my issue!!

Got there for my 1000 mile drive back and the statement that it was stored inside except for the last couple of months was untrue, the generator did not work, solar did not work, auto levelers did not work so I will assume the only thing that was inspected was my check. I should have walked away but it is a nice unit so I accepted they would take care of the issues. After five hours everything seemed to work except the auto levelers but I was assured they would take care of it and had called to have it fixed. Turns out they didn't get the necessary information so I needed to find it. I was told someone would call me and walk me through where to find the information but they didn't call and followed up with dealer who basically had no interest in making things right. Bottom line is get an inspection, believe nothing you are told and expect to have any work done yourself. If you don't feel right about your purchase, walk away.

The service tech, Aaron, told me the entire water heater had to be replaced and it was the only option. He even said they were doing the repair "in favor of me." I was charged over $1,500. After the repair, I received the Lippert warranty report on March 6th, which shows the issue only required two specific parts -- FLOW SENSOR 2GWH-24 (#2022107584) and WATER PIPE ASSEMBLY NEW STYLE 2GWH-19A (#2022107579) -- not a full replacement. I spoke with Operations Manager Hunter, who gathered information from me and from Rose at Gulf Stream Coach warranty, but since then all calls go to voicemail and there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. I am a single mother living in my RV with my one-year-old with Down syndrome, and being charged thousands for a repair that was not necessary has been extremely stressful. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing this location to work on your RV.

I have a situation with a General RV in Orange Park on Wells road. We've had our RV, A class Thor…read moreinto them 8 different times to have the jacks worked on. So, we can put our slide out when we use our RV go camping. The jacks have to be down for the slide to open. The first time we took it over there to look at the Jack's was on November 26th 2025. We took the RV out this past weekend. May 1 to the 3rd. We've had it out several times before that and the Jack's really never did work properly. This time when we started the RV the control panel was blinking off and on and making a noise and a housing of the control panel was really loose. I have made several calls into the dealer, and they have never ever returned my telephone calls. I even called and left the manager several messages and to this day he still has not called me back. On Monday morning, May 4th, I called general RVs headquarters in Michigan. They said they would put a note in try to call the dealership, but they had 48 hours to respond back to them. As of today, May 8th, I still have not received a call. I called the headquarters yesterday which was Thursday several times, and they kept telling me every time I called that they have 48 hours to respond. I asked for the supervisor and they told me they didn't have one. We have spent thousands to try to get this resolved. They even put in a new control panel and still does not work. At this point our RV is useless, because we can't use it because we can't get a slide out. I was wondering if you could reach out and help?? Cheryl
