The technicians were professional and honest (even telling us to keep our current washer/dryer, as the quality is better than most new appliances). They also gave us estimates on how long parts would last to help us plan for the future. Overall, I've been really impressed with everything from calling to make an appointment to the actual fix of the machine. We would happily use them again!

I called them because my washing machine wouldn't drain. they came and said it was my water pump …read more I said ok to replacing the pump. less than 2 weeks later it's doing the same thing. I called them and he said" roads are to dangerous to drive". mind yiu-we had gotten an inch of snow in Colorado. I knew something was up. I called another company . they came and said it was the water pump. told him I just had it replaced. he proceeded to replace it, what he found was that Hispano maintenance had not replaced the lump but had taken off a motor off of another pump and jury rigged it to my existing housing. big wires to little wire with wing nuts. wasent the correct motor for my washing machine. I called and demanded he give me my money back as he did not replace the lump for which he had charged me for. he said he would mail me 170, keeping 40$ for what I don't know. I haven't seen a penny from him. I'm a senior citizen who doesn't have a lot of money. honesty goes a long way when you're in business and one's reputation. you need to stay far away from this company. maybe he should be served papers and go tell a judge what he did to a senior citizen.

He diagnosed it as common issue with LG as failing compressor and told us he could order the part and do it. We put down 50% for labor costs up front and another 50% was paid when he came out to replace it. LG covered the expense of the new compressor. I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Under warranty, he discovered that the door was not properly sealing so heat was escaping. We will see if the seal properly seats itself over time so that heat will not continue to escape.
