The technicians were professional and honest (even telling us to keep our current washer/dryer, as the quality is better than most new appliances). They also gave us estimates on how long parts would last to help us plan for the future. I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Under warranty, he discovered that the door was not properly sealing so heat was escaping. We will see if the seal properly seats itself over time so that heat will not continue to escape.
