Love the food ,drinks and atmosphere. Variety of Mexican food. Never had a bad meal.

This is our first time here and most likely our last. Very nice looking from the outside and No wait to get table was nice on a Friday night . Modern decor and clean appearance helps this get three starts instead of just two. Hostess didn't greet us just sat us. Plopped the menus on the table and walked off. Drink orders were taken and delivered quickly however our very small daughter was brought a 32 oz of water , with NO lid. Luckily we made it with no spills. Don't ask for more chips because one bowl is all you will get ! Spice and mild salsa is a joke - all taste the same . Cheese enchilada was greasy Fajitas were ok but the tortilla were small and there was a little meat and peppers. Our waiter Justin was not very interested in waiting on our table . We always really enjoy Dos Chili's in Graham. We dine here regularly. Service is usually very good. Large menu with wide range of selections. We have never had anything but enjoyable experience. Chambord margarita is extra special. read more

Never again. Over the years, I have tried this place 3 times and have been disappointed every time. Best description is bland. The fajita meat is overcooked and rubbery. The enchiladas are small and tasteless. The fish tacos have a hint of flavor but once again the meat is overcooked and rubbery. read more

My wife and I are here twice during our stay nearby with her father. The food is excellent and the restaurant is nice and large and very popular. It has a nice atmosphere and is clearly enjoyed by the locals and their families. Our server was excellent, we had the same person on both visits and she remembered us from the first visit. She was very attentive, we didn't have to ask for anything. My wife and I shared a fajita dish with mixed meat and shrimp. It was delicious and very filling. We were looking for another restaurant and I saw this place and we decided to give it a try. Omg, so glad we did. I love Tex-Mex and it was one of the best places I've been to. I wish it weren't so far from where I live! I ordered the brisket chimichanga, rice and charro beans, it was very good. I loved the spicy salsa vs the mild salsa, it really isn't very spicy, but good chips and salsa oh and we ordered the white queso. Wow guys, this was so very nice! The interior decorating was incredible, very well done like something I would see in a four star joint. Food quality was spot on, wow! I had the lunch portion Chimichanga. Perfect size, filled me up and I'm a big boy! Customer service... OFF THE SCALE. Attentive, warm and friendly... what more can you ask for? Crappy restaurant. Went in and the waitresses were having to bus the tables. Ordered a Caesar salad with avocado and bacon. The manager refused to put bacon on it and charged us 5.00 extra on a 9.99 salad for a 1/3 avocado. We will never go there again and we go to our lease outside graham all the time. Ran to Graham to look at a car. No go. Decided to find a place for lunch. Reviews were split on this place. Love or hate. I ordered the Monterey plate. 2 enchiladas, I chose beef and cheese, soft or crispy taco, soft for me, rice and refried or charro beans, refried my choice. Hubby had chicken fajita and cheese nachos. He usually order a whole orders and eats 4. He ate all but 2. My food was spot on. Probably the best Spanish rice I have ever had. Proper sweet tea. Rave to our waitress Ally. This is a solid place. It's not the best Tex Mex you will find, but it's not bad at all. You can tell they care. Everything is fresh. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp were smaller than I was expecting for $16. The veggies were underseasoned. But I can't give a 2-star for that. The service was great. I had flan for dessert. Flan is easy to mess up. Their flan was okay. Again, not great, but okay. It was denser than it should have been with too much caramel. But I really can't complain that much. read more

This is hands down the best restaurant in Graham. The owner and staff are awesome. Because we enjoyed the restaurant so much, we used for wedding caterer and they were fantastic. We are on a plant-based, cancer protocol and this restaurant made it happen! Kelsi was on point and knew exactly what we were trying to accomplish. The place is clean and the food is edible, but not out of the ordinary. Would be a three star, if we're being honest, but our waiter, Colin, had a BIG attitude. Granted, we got there (after supporting a function at the high school) at 8:30 when the place closes at 9. We were cognizant of that fact and trying to keep our orders simple. Plus there was only two of us. My elderly mother ordered soup and coffee because she was cold, and apparently the coffee order sent Colin into some kind of frenzy. It was just too much for his fragile little self. There is better Mexican food just up the street, I suggest you try them first. If you're not looking for a slick presentation. But if you're looking for corporate type Tex-Mex this will do. As long as you don't get a surly waiter you'll probably enjoy the place just fine. read more

We have traveled to Graham twice to eat here. We live about 90 miles away. We have eaten at Mexican food places from here to the Big bend country, including most of the major cities. We'll put this food Up against any we've had. The food is authentic tex-mex, the portions are generous, and the price is good. They have been crowded to overflowing both times, so we can't be alone in our assessment. Even though we waited for the kitchen to catch up, the waiter made sure we were never chipless or thirsty. One of the cooks even came out and apologized for the wait! How many places does the happen?? We are impressed. read more

Dos Chiles is a very nice Mexican restaurant. The food is ok. The rice had no flavor. The retried beans were ok. The flautas are a large flour tortilla filled with unseasoned shredded chicken topped with sauce. The tacos were ok but almost like plain ground beef. One person ordered fajitas and said they were good. It was busy when we were there but the service was good. It is not like the Mexican food we make at home but still good. Sorry if I used ok to many times but that is what the restaurant is. read more

Spicy Combo fajitas have no seasoning other than jalapenos they're cooked with.( Everything is precooked, then recooked to order; jalapenos are added during recooking) white queso dip is mostly milk and thickener; it is Definitely Not a cheese based product!! Hot salsa is good, they give you more than enough chips for everything.....But diluting queso, poorly seasoned meat, and poorly warmed corn tortillas...... I come here every single time we come thru Graham. Last time a few months ago they had a cricket infestation which promptly ended my meal when one wound up in my food. No biggie - stuff happens until they were rude when I asked them to take my meal off my ticket. Am here today - my margarita was ALL sweet and sour (yack), then tecate light was turned into a tecate and I was looked at like I was cross eyed for saying something. And to top it off our waitress was the friendliest critter in the world. They're making it real hard to like it here lately. read more

Disappointing. This is the second time I have attempted to call in an order and nothing is correct. This time they didn't even put the order in, last time we got home and it wasn't even close to what we ordered. The girl on the phone was so confused by a chimichanga and enchilada order (ordered just as they are on the menu) that she just decided to not put the order in? We've never had this much trouble at any of their other locations. Hopefully some one in management reads these and makes some changes. read more
