Read all the 1 stars first! We Used this company prior don't know what happened but what a horrible company now. This is the second husband and wife company I have had issues with. (note to self) Save time, money and headaches use another mover! Marilee blames you for everything and Dose is perfect. However, she never once asked us what stuff we had additional from when Dose Moving moved us in to that house 3 years prior. (which most companies that is the first questions asked) If you don't agree with there overcharging and call them out on it, Patrick the owner verbally cussed at me on the phone and then hung up on me. What a way to do business. They are not a ethical company. I had to put a stop payment on a check due to be overcharged by $623.12 from what I had agreed to pay. I then reissued a check for the amount we agreed for over $2.2k in which they cashed. So the only thing they didn't get paid for is the hidden price crooked practices. Dose moving will say bad things about me which is fine but all the above is true and accurate. read more

We had an amazing moving experience in Phoenix with Dose Moving. While our house was on the market, we received a hand-addressed envelope with a Dose coupon which first got our attention among all the other moving mailings. Nice personal touch! Patrick came to our home to give us an estimate. We were immediately impressed with his friendly, open, straight forward information on options and costs. Don't be concerned by their hourly rate because there are NO trip charges. The movers themselves are just what you would hope for--clean, very careful with your household goods, very focused on working quickly (sometimes running from truck back to house), each very strong and respectful of each other. It took in one day 5 1/2 hours to pack truck of our home and unpack at our new home! Total cost was less than we expected. Our impressive four-man crew was leader Jim with Joe, Gino an David. Moving is always a challenge, but moving during the holidays while still working full time is especially stressful! My husband found Dose Moving by reading Yelp reviews, and we decided to give it a shot. We had little time to prepare, and we wanted to get into our new place before Christmas. Nick, Jonathan and Dave were the guys that moved us - they were very professional and took care of everything for us. The crew was extremely efficient, which was great since Dose Moving charges a flat hourly rate and we, like most people, are budget conscious around this time of year. There was no damage to any of our things; they wrapped, boxed and taped our items so they were all well protected. These guys were pleasant and FAST. Also, I really appreciated how easy the process was, from calling to schedule the move, to the follow up call from Dose afterwards making sure everything went well. William, Cedric and Chase worked NONSTOP for 11 hours moving us into our new house! I'm not sure if you read that...11. Hours. And when I say nonstop, I mean: without even pausing and no lunch. These guys are legit superheroes; they were RUNNING on and off the truck with boxes we couldn't even lift. So they're superheroes whatever. They're ALSO gentlemen. They were SO polite meeting my parents and myself, the whole time during the move, and checked to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it before leaving. But wait there's more. They were exactly on time, incredibly reasonably priced, and just above and beyond in everything they did. I don't know what else I need to say to convince someone to make sure Dose helps them with their move but I'd buy another house just to move with them again. read more

Jim, Victor and Elliot were the team that moved us with Dose Moving and they were great! They showed up on time and immediately began hustling getting things set up and loaded into the truck. They put protection over the doors and on the furniture and they were careful to make sure nothing was damaged in the move. I had bought a big piece of furniture and they not only unloaded it but also took it out of the box and set it up for me. They also balanced my front load washer which was on pedestals and took quite a while to set up. Jim's team worked hard to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Wow, Dose Moving is incredible. Marilee (the owner) answered the phone personally and was so patient and understanding with all of my questions. I had always moved myself prior, but had way too much going on this time. She was so pleasant and helpful, I felt at ease right away. I felt like "They've got this". My wife and I did end up doing the packing even though they offer this service, and did our best to prepare. Their team showed up on time, courteous and went to work. And they really worked. I'm not sure if they took a break. My wife made a comment that they were freakishly strong, LOL. Guess I need to work out more. Everything was delivered intact and we couldn't be happier. Kiwi and Derek were absolutely amazing throughout my move. They were professional, efficient, careful with all of my furniture, and went above and beyond to make the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Both locations had stairs and they handled everything so well while still being incredibly kind and positive the entire day. They even helped with building furniture and making sure everything was set up properly, which I appreciated so much after such a long moving day. We recently moved into our new home and used Dose moving. Having moved several times in the past I decided to have movers do it for us. After getting Quotes from a few different moving companies I felt the most comfortable with Dose moving.The three guys that showed up to our house were very nice and took great care of all of our belongings. This is was by far one of the BEST moving experiences we've ever encountered! Our movers were Marco's and Eric and from the moment they arrived their attitudes were uplifting and very professional! I and my sister didn't have to direct or ask them to wrap certain furniture pieces,they just knew and wrapped them neatly and well. The team arrived early and quickly walked through the entire move. They immediately split into their team roles and moved our boxes into the truck in no time. All the guys were very efficient and ready to help. The furniture was all protected and securely moved. We even had a piece of furniture that was so heavy and awkward it took all of them to lift it over the balcony, but the continued on with smiles on their faces. Yes, they are not the least expensive but the service is above and beyond. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and padded. Some local companies do not take the time to perform this service.
