At first, we were skeptical until reading all of the reviews, but then, we were even more skeptical when they pulled up in a huge budget truck as we were expecting them to come in a truck with the business name on it. Ya know what they say...looks can be deceiving! We hired this company They sent 2 wonderful gentlemen (Johnathan and Jorge ) who we're very professional and moved pretty fast! They didn't ruin anything. They even took things apart and put them back together, going an extra mile. This company is very professional from start of the reservation, all of the way up, until the end of closing out. It's best to hire movers who are licensed and bonded as this company is and it was 110% worth every penny to hire these guys rather then to, get a truck and to get humans who are not dependable to move for you. I'm convinced that I left a couple of things on the back of the truck but when they asked me to do a walk thru I opted out because I didn't want to get locked up in there...lol I had no witnesses during this time if they were to have decided to lock me in. The truth is, I'm claustrophobic Hopefully if I did leave anything that they would've reached out by now. I definitely recommend hiring this company. Very professional young humans who were on time, fast and dependable! I asked if they needed my help and they told me. I needed help loading an old upright piano and some other heavy items into a rented U-Haul truck. Happy Homes moving was quick to respond with a quote, as well as with an availability window. They were very reasonable, and did not have any kind of travel surcharge or fee (which most other movers did have). Jim and Joe showed up, worked hard, and loaded a tremendous amount of stuff during the two hours they were on site. They struggled a bit with the piano, and we ended up having to help them a bit - I think a third mover would have made it safer. It all worked out in the end, and they did a great job securing the load for a safe journey. I recommend these folks - they are honest, hard working, and showed great care with our items! The worst moving company I ever dealt with. They quoted me a price, then they said they couldn't use just two trucks. They had to add another trailer so they charged me another 1500 on top of the 5800. Then when it came to be moved, they didn't pack any of or wrap any of my televisions and my 77 inch TV. The screen is cracked and it's not working anymore and they didn't wrap any of the furniture that was needed to be wrapped and then they just proceeded to just offload their trucks into my house and no shrink wrap no kind of blankets or anything and I've tried to contact them and no success in there until today and I took pictures of the big screen where the screen was cracked waiting to hear back from them. read more

We moved all our boxes and small stuff ourselves and had them move all the items over 50lbs including tv's, taking apart furniture and large items. Remington was excellent at communicating steps that were taking place, and some of my items were well loved so he alerted me of cracks in furniture prior to their team moving them. This is excellent local moving company. Very professional, they arrive when they say they will and work in a fast and efficient manner. I just recently moved from Scottsdale to Desert Ridge. I thought the move would be messy and expensive as most moves are but hiring Happy Homes Moving was the smart move. I prepackaged most of the things in my house myself. So all the movers had to do was take them to the truck which simplified everything. They moved my whole home in three and half hours from start to finish. Not a professional company and I would not recommend. Movers broke my tv, the worst part was I was lied to. Contacted the owner and the movers told the owner the tv was fine and works it was just a small dent. Which is absolutely not the case. The tv couldn't be turned out without a remote which was in my car. ? Once I put it on its shattered with lines throughout the tv. Not to mention, 15 minutes late as well. One of the movers Dee, who was the one who broke the tv ended up apologizing which I do appreciate. He was great other than that and moved pretty quickly. So thank you Dee! Moving company expected payment at the end of the move. Which, if nothing went wrong of course they would be paid at end of service. I didn't feel comfortable paying until I picked up my new tv the next morning to make sure all was well. Owner kept sending the invoice but I mentioned I wasn't paying until I got the tv the next morning(which is completely fair). Picked up tv next morning + paid the invoice. My family and I had a last minute move from Mesa to Las Vegas. We reached out to Happy Homes Moving with less than a weeks notice and they were able to accommodate the move. Not only did they pack our home, dissemble all of our furniture and put it all back together at our new home but they were super friendly as well. We have had bad experiences in the past with movers not treating our home and items with care so I was concerned about them nicking walls or damaging my TVs. They have reasonable rates and great communication. First guy showed up on time and the 2nd an hour later. Turned out he wasn't feeling very well but made it anyways. They were moving a little slow which at first annoyed me a little because time is money, litteraly! But I figured out why when we got to out destination. It appeared that everything we owned was wrapped and padded like a burrito. We don't own a lot but what we have is nice including 3 very large led tv's and custom furniture. Not one piece and do mean not 1 piece was damaged. First time ever. So they might be slower but it's for a good reason. We were initially very excited when we were referred to Happy Homes by our friend/neighbor. We were underwhelmed. Not only were we given an estimate that was 20 percent higher for the exact same service our friends paid for just a few weeks ago but they also don't use their own fleet of trucks . They rent a Uhaul. Seriously? That pricing is bad business and discriminatory. Maybe we should rent a Uhaul and call us a moving company. read more
