I really enjoy it here, been here going on 3 years now. There is no issues with sewer like someone posted many years ago, that was a one off issue it sounded like, 3 years now and everything is great here, no issues. Recently, there was suspicious activity on my unit as well as several other units. I requested them to file a police report and they refused. Someone had placed a lock on my unit and others units. The storage unit drilled off my lock and put their lock on my unit and the following day my items were stolen. They refused to be held responsible, were dismissive and were unwilling to assist the police in investigating the theft. I was told by the district manager Amanda that I would need to file thru my insurance (raising my rates) and she couldn't discuss why she wouldn't assist the police as it was "company policy". This is not a secure facility. If you have a unit there, get your things out before they disappear.
