Service was definitely slow like others' reviews and it wasn't even crowded when we were there. The waitresses were all very friendly. They refilled our water and apologized for the wait. Food was disappointing to me. I guess I'm used to bigger rolls with nice pieces of raw fish. Our rolls were small and the fishes on top were paper thin. My bulgolgi beef bento box did not have the bulgolgi flavor that I'd known of. I liked the fried calamari best. The batter wasn't that great but the calamari was tender with a bit of chewiness.
