we've been wanting to come here and finally made it out! we were seated quickly despite it being busy. despite there were only two servers for the entire restaurant, our service was still top notch. we ordered spring rolls for appetizer and it was delicious and fresh. for mains i got the special rice combo with pork and it was so good. it took me back to my home. pho was great and generous portion for a regular size. for dessert, we got flan and the mango sticky rice and those themselves took me back home as well. it was delicious. overall, our time here was great and we'll definitely be back to try other items on their menu! read more

The loaded pho soup was excellent, very tasty broth. The summer rolls were also excellent with a great peanut sauce. The bbq ribs were tasty but the meat was tough. The crispy Vietnamese shrimp crepe was not our favorite, guess we weren't sure what it was made of. The staff was excellent; our food came quickly. We were all looking for a good pho place nearby our hotel and this place showed up on my google maps. There was duct tape all over one side of the door so of course that made us think of our safety of the area and location. Once you walk in, it's not so bad. It wasn't busy when we got there so we were seated right away. They have a lot of options but we all went to what we were familiar with. I got pho with eye of round steak and pork spring rolls on the side. Both were really good. Got the spicy pho because it looked interesting. Maybe because I didn't indicate the spice level, but the spicy pho was pho that was red. I did not get any spice at all. Our group of three visited Pho Eva on a Friday, with no wait. Pho Eva has a small parking lot, but pretty ample seating. Service was kind and quick. I ordered the summer rolls with peanut sauce, as well as the Grilled Pork and Shrimp Vermicelli. Portions are pretty large, especially on the pho! An XL bowl looks impossible to finish. I'm not sure if it is because I came an hour before closing time... It tasted watered-down. I love pho for the amazing broth, which is typically salty, and this kind of disappointed me. I hope I had an off batch?. The good thing is that the portion was big- lots of noodles! They gave vegetables, and it was a fair amount. Ok I'm new to the area and have been in search of a good Bahn Mi spot. My search is over. Customer service was great ( take out order) very helpful and friendly.
