There was duct tape all over one side of the door so of course that made us think of our safety of the area and location. Once you walk in, it's not so bad. It wasn't busy when we got there so we were seated right away. They have a lot of options but we all went to what we were familiar with. Our group of three visited Pho Eva on a Friday, with no wait. Pho Eva has a small parking lot, but pretty ample seating. Service was kind and quick. I ordered the summer rolls with peanut sauce, as well as the Grilled Pork and Shrimp Vermicelli. Portions are pretty large, especially on the pho! An XL bowl looks impossible to finish.
