For the past 11 months I've been using the Toyota dealership and it's been a pain in the ass. They have made so many mistakes I had to find a new place for service. Came here after someone at work recommended them. Made an appointment for an Oil change on my Tacoma with Amsoil oil, they also wired my camper shell AND a State inspection for less that the oil change at the dealer. Everyone was nice and they accommodated my appointment as a new customer. I will definitely be back with my Tacoma. Oh and they had me in and out quickly. Takes a long time to accelerate more than 30 or 40 mph, shrill beeping notices are almost constant, ive had nothing but problems. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE.
