Often inspections result in receipt of a lot of information, and not a lot of distinction between problems that are really stuff to be concerned with (reasons to reject a vehicle) and things that may need attention, but are not typical reasons for rejecting a vehicle. The Jeep was older. It was in exceptional condition for its age. I was very appreciative of the thoroughness of the inspection and how the shop helped us determine between that which is critical and that which was non-critical. Great job. Thank you.

With one employee walking around the garage with a lit cigarette I felt so uncomfortable as if there isn't enough gas and oil to light the whole place up. They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.
