I've had three appointments with Joy so far & let's just say I will definitely be booking many more with her! My fills stay on for so long, and I really appreciate her patience with me as a newer client trying to figure out what style looks best on me. I completely missed it and felt terrible about it because there are some questions and information you need to know. The location is super clean and neat very open and bright room. Joy is an amazing artist that is definitely reflective in her work. Detail oriented and a perfectionist, she takes her time in creating lash fills that are beautifully symmetrical. The type of lash extensions she uses are extremely lightweight and almost feels like they are non-existent. If there is a post for a -10 that is what Joy would get from me! Lashes were so uneven, I had to remove them myself,, within 8 hours of application with boiling coconut oil, as I could not reach her. Her excuse was because she had been on a plane all day!! After I sent pictures to all of my friends of my new lashes, they all said OMG are you going to ask for a refund? They look horrifying!! And they definitely did and were so uneven, besides the fact that the glue and fumes had burnt my eyes so badly that I coudnt even see clearly for a couple of days! If I was you, I would definitely choose a true artist, not somebody that portrays them self to be one!!! In a dispute right now trying to get my money back and of course she is fighting me on it.
