Glad u found the audacity to finally update on Yelp after I posted my review and not via messages because you blocked me lol? The level of unprofessionalism is beyond me at this point. This could have been handled in a much better way from your end. Yes everyone she refunded me $48 instead of $50 for a FUTURE lash fill appointment that I did not even attend that costs $100 total which I was completely ready to pay for with a pre payment deposit which is what I paid her on her website after I posted this Yelp review at this point keep it hun seems like you need it more than I do. If it's charging a $2 fee for refund you should offer alternatives that shouldn't be the customers problem. I stand 100 percent with my original statements and original review. Yes they looked good at first how I expected and once again appreciated her for taking my lash appointment last day but you should NEVER SAY YES to a customer unless you are going to do a lasting quality PAIN FREE SAFE application. Especially when it comes to something as delicate as eyelashes. The pain I have been through due to these lashes is insane. The only reason they lasted long is because she applied BIG CLUSTERS and insane amounts of glue. I had to go to a real lash tech for removal who told me the same thing. I couldn't even get lashes again due to my lash line being so puffy, red, and swollen. They look pretty at first once they started falling out the huge cluster that were left literally left my eye lash line with bald spots. You can try and twist my words as much as you want but the truth stands before everyone. I will say every single word to your face too. Not just behind a screen. You need to fix your cheap business practices. Also maybe for her longer customers she's great and terrific but my review is for people who've never been to her. I read these older reviews and got my lips shaded by her and thought to give her lashes a try too after reading these reviews which is what got me into this horrible situation in the first place. I just saw she got them to post reviews and falsely rave about how amazing she is lol and solve her issues for her wish is terrific business practices btw. I got my lashes done from her to address the lady below me. But no one asked you for your opinion on my lashes. Or your experiences. Glad you had a great experience with her but that wasn't the case with me. I've had bad experiences with lash techs too and am super particular about who I choose too. I read all reviews. If I have to go to the urgent care for the lashes she applied as you're suggesting that should say more than enough about how much time she took to apply my lashes. And how safe she was. Once again my lash line was red and swollen from her application technique right when I got up after I finished my lashes she saw she didn't even apply an even amount to both eyes. She told me to lay back down again. I thought she had expertise with what she was doing. Boy was I wrong. If she was going to rush on my lashes and accept me last minute to produce a product that hurt my eyes that's a mistake on her part not mine. She should not have accepted my appointment. read more

She did a free in-person consultation with me before I booked to make sure all of my questions were answered. I had never done permanent makeup before. I chose to do 3D microblading on my eyebrows first. I walked out of my microblading appointment looking so much better than I did when I went in. I was so happy, I came back a week later and got permanent eyeliner. I can now wake up and look good in just a few minutes. I can even look good when swimming. Lilia is very professional, she was very attentive, made sure to ask me to check if the design was to my liking multiple times while performing the microblading service.
