I like that on the paperwork they ask how can they make your visit better after during and after the procedure, I chose a soda, warm blanket. My nurses and anesthesiologist was very nice and walked through what would happen to take away my nervousness. They made sure you had everything before and after. They also sent messages the next day to check on you. The experience was good and I would definitely recommend this location.

Also, Dr. Younes was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful and professional. She truly is the best doctor I have ever met. On the other hand, once I delivered and the epidural effect started to wear off, I was at the mercy of a nurse named Deb. She completely mistreated me. She wouldnt even give me her hand to get up and use the restroom. I asked her to please hand me my purse to take medicine (stool softener because I was really struggling to use the restroom, I was in PAIN) and she said : oh you could get it later. She could see that I am not able to walk or sit on the toilet and she would REFUSE to give me her hand. As I was struggling to use the restroom and crying, as I was living the worst moment of my entire life, she told me : "my mom pushed me at 9 lbs, I am sure she did tear as well." And she was saying this in like a chatty way, as if we were just talking.. while I literally was shaking. Then, she left me in the restroom and left the room. She came back 15min later to find me sobbing by myself in the room and she said : whats the matter? As if she doesn't know that I am in terrible pain and completely by myself. Later, my husband finally was able to come and help me and when she saw him trying to help me get back to the hospital bed as I was in terrible pain, she said : oh you guys are so cute!! i am going to cry!!! I genuinely think that she should not be in charge of taking care of new borns or freshly postpartum patients as she clearly lacks empathy and compassion. I will never ever forget how she treated me and I hope she will experience the same thing someday so she can see how it feels to be completely vulnerable and be rejected help from your nurse. Compared to a previous visit at a different Concentra with outdated equipment and unhelpful staff, this was a completely different (and much better) experience. She made me feel comfortable and confident, especially during the eye exam for my job. After hearing about my prior experience, she even mentioned she didn't know how I could have failed the first time--especially since the other location's staff didn't guide me or explain the process, despite the booklet stating they should. It was my first time doing these types of tests, and not getting help when I asked made it frustrating. Thankfully, they turned everything around. She was professional, clear, and genuinely cared. That is not what happened with Shaundralyn Matlock (listed as Dr. Matlock on the paperwork). My friend went in with a known tendon tear already documented on imaging. Matlock immediately treated that history as if my friend were lying. She lectured that "X-rays only show bone, not tendon," so the tear "couldn't" have been diagnosed that way. My friend explained it was the large round scanner -- an MRI -- and even said, let's not fight over the word. Matlock still acted as if the visit were a quiz. Then she questioned whether my friend had really been to urgent care or an ER, because "urgent cares don't normally have an MRI machine" and she doesn't have one either. That is not an exam. That is cross-examination. She never examined the knee. She never put her hands on it. She never looked at it. My friend described her standing far across the room -- "60 feet away" -- talking at them instead of evaluating the injury they paid to have assessed. The advice was basically: go back where you already were, or find an orthopedic. That is not treatment. That is a dismissal after collecting a visit fee. Urgent care is expensive. You pay for a provider who listens, examines the problem, and either treats it or gives a clear next step without making you feel stupid. None of that happened. My friend left angry, unexamined, and talked down to. I am embarrassed I recommended this clinic. If you go to enTrust, ask who is actually seeing you and do not assume you will get a hands-on evaluation. This visit with Matlock was condescending, incomplete, and not worth the money.

I would suggest that you find other options for treatment for cancer. I can only give my view of the care by this doctor -- very poor. I am a 20 year cancer survivor and many times during my wifes treatment there I asked questions of the doctors and staff that they would not discuss. They ignored my entreaties as to why they could not get a handle on her declining health. She died from the cancer. Amazingly, these doctors cared so little about her death that they did not even inquire as to her time of death, the cause of death, and etc. The cause on her death certificate was a Pulmonary Embolism. I found out from the ER doctor who tried to save her that PE was most likely the result of her radiation and post-care. You see, if you have radiation, the doctor should be applying standard procedure thru medications to prevent blood clots.
