When it breaks down, we're stuck in the middle of nowhere not making money and hundreds of miles away from home. Not cool. You guys did a terrible job. My 2020 International LT is losing coolant very quickly, about a gallon every 4 hours of driving. I told them to take their time diagnosing it and don't feel rushed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday. However, the did it quickly anyway which lead me to believe they did a rushed job to go home for the holidays. Supposedly (which I highly doubt they did correctly) they did a pressure check on the cooling system and found no issues, so they just threw in a radiator cap thinking it'll fix the issue. Guess what? It didn't. Four hours later, my truck ran out of coolant again.

Then they did some work on my lift gate And it was also still messed up after a 1000.00 repair etc. they included 4 free oil changes and today they told me we only used 2 of the four and after 2 or 3 years the other two were not valid. My truck came in needing an oil cooler which is a four hour repair on my truck. Apparently when they pulled it off they stripped a bolt which I can understand. What I can't understand is now it's the fifth day of waiting for the repair. The folks at the service desk really don't care, one of them is rather snotty, and they refuse to give you an estimate on when it will be complete. Why you ask? It's because they have a big problem with lack of leadership and an abundance of sluggishness in the repair bays. Never once has the shop manager come up to me to explain why it's taking so long. My boss has called and gotten some answers, but they don't make logical sense. Sounds to me like they're just covering up for sloppy work and deplorable management. Totally unprofessional. I will not be bringing my truck back here anytime during this lifetime. I think I could've bought the part and learned how to do it myself on YouTube faster than taking it here. No kidding.

The parts staff members are matter of fact and no sense of genuine concern for customer service. Phone inquires are just difficult in obtaining genuine assistance. Well my fault for not taking that 3hr drive to go view it in person. Heavy rust. Filthy. Super strong cigarette smoke smell. They painted over heavy rust to hide it. Wheel axle seal leaked the gear oil all over the rim disgusting clean up needed hidden behind a wheel cover. Marker light was missing a screw had to remove insert and install new one. LOW ON MOTOR OIL. OIL PAN LEAKING.. Manuel Cervantes and manager Cody both told me various times the oil pan leak had been fix. LIES AFTER LIES !! The front brakes pop and feel like they are not grabbing, more like slippage. Truck did not come with a 90 day inspection either.. BUYER BEWARE.
