Like why wouldn't you have pictures of your work to help people in making decisions Long story short my car wasn't even taken to the back to make sure it needs to get cut. The man helping me showed me where they would have to cut and said if they did cut bumber Jeep might void my warranty. He suggested I go to my dealer and ask them for a different bumber or something. Why wasn't I told about possibility of cutting prior to coming in? Instead I drive all the way to the shop and I'm told in person waste of time and gas. When it breaks down, we're stuck in the middle of nowhere not making money and hundreds of miles away from home. Not cool. You guys did a terrible job. My 2020 International LT is losing coolant very quickly, about a gallon every 4 hours of driving. I told them to take their time diagnosing it and don't feel rushed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday. However, the did it quickly anyway which lead me to believe they did a rushed job to go home for the holidays. Supposedly (which I highly doubt they did correctly) they did a pressure check on the cooling system and found no issues, so they just threw in a radiator cap thinking it'll fix the issue. Guess what? It didn't. Four hours later, my truck ran out of coolant again.

I made a reservation plenty of time in advance and then 2 days before go time, I get a call saying I need to pick up the truck a day early or else I have to wait until 10 am of the original day, when I made the reservation for 7 am. Pick up was also much further away than where I reserved it. I reserved furniture dolly's and those were not in the truck, so I had to go to another location instead.
