Highly recommend Go Kleen / Antonio Martinez!…read more I found Antonio through a recommendation in the Georgetown Facebook group after my dryer started giving me a "clogged vent" error. I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him. If you want a job done fast *and* done by someone who's respectful of your home and pets, Antonio is your guy. Highly recommend!

I booked a deep cleaning and cleared my day to be home, but they didn't bother to give me a…read morespecific arrival time. I had to reach out, and only then did they tell me they'd come at 1 PM. Total lack of communication and really unprofessional. I canceled--waste of time. Let's clarify a few things: I booked the semi-deep cleaning service four weeks in advance, and when I requested an upgrade to a deep cleaning on October 24th, you agreed. If you knew a deep cleaning would take longer, you should have scheduled an earlier start time instead of waiting until 1 PM. So don't turn it around on me because i have a hard stop at 4pm! Your explanation about lack of communication due to no cell service doesn't line up either--I reached out, and you responded immediately. As for my reviews, I always give honest feedback based on my experiences. I'm not 'making up stories' or 'gaslighting'; I say it as it is. Your response makes me question if your five-star reviews are as genuine as mine. Good service is about more than just the cleaning itself; it's also about respecting your client's time and being proactive with communication. Unless you expect customers to wait around all day or give out their door codes, professionalism matters. If I can't trust you with my time, I certainly can't trust you with my home

While there, I got to see the facility and learned how they evaluate, clean, and properly dry area rugs. He also provided before and after photos, plus additional photos throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier!
