They've added trivia night and music bingo night (common schtick stuff to bring in business), there are a lot of new faces (staff and patrons), and prices have gone up while service and food quality are going down. Here's a business model idea: instead of packing the place with the karaoke night crowd, provide proper training for your staff to ensure stand-out food and service--that'll pack the place with regulars (like we used to be) who become the bread and butter of your establishment.
