Three meat combo with a small potato and potato salad
    Madison H.

It is definitely a causal, bbq hang out restaurant! The outside has a little old western town setup, with a playground and corn hole to play, while the inside has plenty of tables with TVs and music playing. Our waitress told us they have live music on most Friday and Saturday nights, which we will keep in mind for our next visit. She was super friendly, and even made sure we were aware of the QR code that has the secret menu items-we ordered the smoked jalapeno off of there and it was delicious! We also ordered the three meat combo, with brisket, jalapeno sausage, and turkey with a small potato and potato salad. Along with a pound of ribs. We might have ordered too much, but it sure was good and we took the leftovers with us. But before we could go, we had to try the peach cobbler. The crust was delicious and the peaches were cooked perfectly. We will definitely come back.

Excellent BBQ, cold beer, staff was amazing and attentive , we had the ribs and brisket . Both meats were very tender and well flavored. Great place to watch live music, sound system was excellent for the band. Great place to watch the sunset too. We will certainly return.

I can't say enough good. The vibe is cool, the food is amazing gotta try the ribs and service is on point! Must try.

Grilled chicken salad which was very tasty. Chicken was freshly grilled and it wasn't just iceberg lettuce. Very good.

I went yesterday with my son and fiancé. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was laid back and filled with Texas hospitality. We played football bingo and they had a poker tournament going as well. They only sell beer and not liquor but you can bring your own bottle and they'll give you bottle service for a small charge. Very Texan place to go.

My late grandmother was a superb country cook and her name was Maggie. Good omen! We got there about 11:45 and got a table right away. Our server was Devin and she was terrific. We split the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The portion that they brought out was gigantic....plenty for two average appetites. What I really liked about it was - it was not over-breaded and it was fork-tender. (in my humble opinion, too many places are giving you a lot more breading that doesn't have meat under it. Yes, it's a first-world problem.) The mashed potatoes were also quite good, along with the cream gravy. I'm not a huge green bean fan, but my wife really liked them. This place has a cool vibe and we plan to return sometime soon. It's one of the top 3 CFS's we've had in Fort Worth / mid-cities.

We ordered nachos as an appetizer to split, along with two beers and a kids meal. What arrived was Motley Crue waking from a drug binge, raiding the pantry and trash, then declaring "let's do it." What was supposed to be nachos was anything but. The only explanation is someone who had never seen nachos tried to recreate them after hearing a rumor from someone at a Lowe's parking lot. The "chips" were not tortilla chips. They were rectangular strips of pale, flimsy material that looked like scraps of drywall film pulled out of a new construction site. An albino drywall experiment that somehow escaped the kitchen and landed on a plate. The entire thing was covered in barbecue sauce, with some mystery white liquid poured over the top. We assume it was supposed to be queso, but it definitely was not queso. Calling it queso feels disrespectful to actual queso. We ate maybe a quarter of it and decided we needed to leave before things got worse. Six hours later, we received an unannounced encore performance in the bathroom. I would avoid this place like a plague outbreak--unless you have an upcoming colonoscopy and want to skip the bowel prep.

Overall, very impressed with this place…read more Had a nice family dinner here this weekend. We got here relatively early, but it was already hopping. I'd probably try and get a reservation if you are trying to get here during prime hours. Service was great. Seemed to have a good team atmosphere with waiters helping cover each others tables. Food came out quickly. They gave me the wrong side, but before I could even ask my waiter, they apologized and brought out the right one. So kudos for noticing it and fixing it. Good was very good! I had the steak Frites with the Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! Overall, good vibe, good location, good food. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Was happy to see a new(er) option in Roanoke that offers steak, and more specifically prime rib! I wasn't hungry enough for the prime rib when we stopped in, so I opted for the prime rib sandwich with fries. My wife had a tenderloin with veggies and potatoes. My prime rib was pretty good, perhaps more cheese would make it better, but overall the meat had good flavor and the roll was not soggy. My wife said the tenderloin was good and cooked to order (medium rare). Size was appropriate too. The sides were good too. Service was attentive and professional. They have large screen TVs throughout the location and a pretty large bar as well. Overall, I think this is the perfect balance between upscale dining and sport bar, especially on this strip of restaurants. I'd like to come back to try the prime rib sometime soon!
