However, were we're very pleasantly surprised to find that the new ownership, a Jamaican woman is also gluten free and fully intends to expand GF options to include GF onion rings on the appetizer list. We were greatly relieved that she has great Jamaican recipes that will add to the otherwise seafood specialties. My wife has been GF for several years and has been unable to enjoy most fried foods including seafood due to wheat flour. However, we were able to enjoy a wonderful GF fried seafood platter and only the hush puppies were not GF. We also had the delicious crab bisque that is also GF.
