Now the new server/ dishwasher lady took my order for me. I will try Hattie's again due to the food being great. It's not a quick lunch spot. Come when your not in a rush and enjoy the great food.

On another visit I sampled their cheeseburger and it had decent sized meat patty on it with some good flavors. I also had the key lime pie for dessert which was alright and pretty par for the course and very similar to most of the other key lime pies I've had in the area. The service was alright but they did a take a bit longer to refill my iced tea than I would have preferred. Overall this is a cool spot to visit and they have a nice variety of options although I can't recommend the "gumbo" Alabama soup.
