We dined there for our 53rd anniversary and Duwayne took very good care of us, he made us feel like he really appreciated us dinning there and we were not just another table to wait on. He was very polite and very friendly. The food was awesome! We definitely will come back!

The, food, service and bayside window view was excellent. Waitress and owner treated us well and made a point to check and ask how we enjoyed the food. Will make sure to return.

On our way from Orange Beach to Mobile, we stumbled upon this incredible spot in Spanish Fort! And what a find it was! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely top-notch. The waitstaff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, and the owner personally came by our table to check on us (something you don't see often anymore!) The real star, though, was the food. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and to our surprise, completely gluten-free. As someone who has to be careful with food choices, it was such a relief and delight to enjoy a meal that didn't feel like a compromise at all. Every bite was fresh, thoughtful, and downright delicious. This place is truly a hidden-in-plain-sight gem. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we could come back. If you're passing through Spanish Fort, or even if you're not, you owe it to yourself to stop here. Outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and an experience that turns a quick stop into a highlight of your trip. Thanks Robin for the outstanding second mile service!

We had a wonderful dinner at the Elite Pier House! We sat at the bar and our server / bartender Javon was wonderful. I ordered the special which was a triggerfish with lemon burre blanc sauce and my husband had the ribeye with rosemary butter and both were excellent! I would recommend coming here!

First of all we had been to this place when it was something different and were pleasantly surprised at the staff and the food this time! The greet at the door was nice and welcoming! Our server was prompt, concise, and extremely accommodating. Her name was Emily. She was knowledgeable and explained everything. She guided us with suggestions throughout our meal. The food was phenomenal! We started with stuffed mushrooms, stuffed with what you may ask, I don't even care they were the best I have ever had! The sauce they were in was a white creamy sauce that you would slap your mama for and it was second to none! We had fried jalapeños as well and we expected them to be stuffed but they were sliced and fried and served with another amazing sauce and also delicious! I had blackened shrimp and pasta, again the sauce was to die for. The shrimp were nice and big but I wasn't a fan but that's my fault, l'm not a big seafood lover but I have had shrimp where they didn't have that sea taste before but these did so I didn't fancy them. The pasta was like macaroni noodles which I had never seen before in this type of dish but still good. My husband had the sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed veggies but we were already full because Emily had brought some delicious garlic toast points out and I was slathering them in the stuffed mushroom sauce. I decided to put my meal in a box to go because there was a banana foster calling my name. holv molv it was to die for!!! We sat at a booth overlooking the water.

    The special.

First time going here. Party of 12. Live music was nice. Not too loud and we sat right up front. Our server was very attentive. Had a good system for taking care of us. Half adults. Half children. We had the special which was grouper. A blackened mahi sandwich, shrimp and grits. Sautéed crab claws. A side of okra and a side of sweet potato fries. The food was delicious. Flavorful and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait for anything before we all ate. The food runners were definitely working tonight. An overall great experience and will most certainly come again.

A delicious meal with great, quick service! They have a great special a whole bottle of wine, two entrees and dessert for $59. We celebrated valentines early :)

12oz ribeye with lump crab. Juicy and seasoned well.

The ambiance is nice and cozy. But we always sat in a booth. Sitting at a table indoors next to the back door, I looked around in confusion. At first it felt like someone kicking the back of the seat like on a flight. But then I was trying to move the table and check the chairs, maybe it was an earthquake from the New Madrid fault line. But like a typical NOLA raised home, it was just a hard floor and heavy footsteps. I'll know better next time. But Sundays from 12-3pm is the time to be there. Having to wait for parking was about the hardest part.

We started with Boudreaux's eggrolls appetizer, they were pretty good, and cooked very well, the dipping sauce made the egg rolls. Next she got the crab and spinach bisque, I had a side salad with blue cheese dressing. Both were very tasty. Next she had grilled salmon with veggies and mash potatos, I had the blackend redfish topped Crawfish Etouffee w/ Rice & sautéed Vegetables redfish. Both meals were tasty, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. When we arrived at 615 it was pretty empty and quiet but by the time we left most tables were full and a vibrant scene. Chelsea and the stunning view made the evening. We will of course return.

I love Top of the Bay! Seriously, who IS this horse-faced Avery chick? Girl must be the Yelp…read moreequivalent of a professional hater--she drops a 1-star review faster than a drunk uncle drops his beer at a wedding. Probably mad because the barstools don't come with a personal therapist to listen to her complaints. Meanwhile, the rest of us are living our best lives: the atmosphere is straight-up electric (in a good way, not like that one time the jukebox shorted out), the booze flows like it's happy hour in heaven--wine? Nah, we're talking bottomless vibes and top-shelf pours that make you forget what day it is. The staff? Absolute legends. They remember your drink before you remember your own name, and they do it with smiles bigger than the Mobile Bay itself. And the events? Non-stop party central: * Wednesdays: Line dancing so fun you'll forget you have two left feet (spoiler: everyone does after shot #3). * Fridays: Live bands that slap harder than your ex's bad decisions. * Saturdays & Sundays: Karaoke where your off-key rendition of "Sweet Caroline" somehow becomes the highlight of the night--bonus points if you dedicate it to Avery for the motivation. Plus, outdoor music perfect for pretending you're in a music video while actually just spilling your drink on your shoes. It's the ultimate spot to grab a cold one, mingle like you're auditioning for a rom-com, and meet new people who are actually fun (unlike certain reviewers). The regulars? Pure gold. They'll hook you up with every hidden gem, event, and questionable life choice happening in Baldwin County faster than you can say "another round." Bottom line: If you're looking for a good time in Daphne, Top of the Bay is where it's at. Avery can stay home reviewing her own fridge if she wants--more barstools for the rest of us party animals!

I come with my husband, so I haven't ever had the experiences as OTHER women (please see the lot lizard that left the one star review on 3/13) of being put in my place and told no when attempting to seduce a SIGNIFICANTLY older man (ohmygod its like I was there...) I also don't tend to laugh like a loud congested hyena, so maybe that doesn't hinder my view on the joint. The bartenders Morgan, Christina, John and Emma are all amazing. They all pay attention to you, regardless of whats between your legs. Please give this bar a chance. Just dont sit where we sit, or play shitty music please. Thank you!

(I recommend doing that, especially during lunch.) One of my good friends sent recommendations. My husband got the French dip. I hesitate calling it a poboy because I'm from NOLA, and outside south Louisiana, it's just a sandwich . I got the grilled shrimp lunch special with fries. Honestly, spend a little more and get the platter. I'd get them fried, but I can't have gluten. I risked cross contamination and got the fries. They were absolutely worth it. Fortunately, I didn't have a reaction. Trevor was our server, and he was excellent. You could tell he knew the regulars and locals based on how he'd approach new diners. He also gave really good recommendations. The vegetable of the day was a casserole, and Trevor told my husband that was better than the fries. My husband inhaled that casserole. If you're an Elvis fan, request to sit at the table. Overall, I'd definitely come back. For being on Open Table, just know this is a casual restaurant on the bay. Nothing frilly - just good, southern cooking. We will be back!

The chargrilled oysters unfortunately came with quite a bit of shell, which made them difficult to enjoy--though we did manage to find some actual pearl in there, so small win and fun! The grilled fish and shrimp were noticeably overcooked, and my husband's fried shrimp leaned the same way, lacking that fresh, tender bite you hope for. Sides were decent but didn't particularly stand out for my grilled dinner. Husband said slaw and hush puppies were good, my green beans were delicious. Overall, it's a lovely place with great service, but the kitchen execution didn't quite match the setting. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a standout spot.

The ambiance is great, cool set up and comfortable chairs (and you're gonna need them for the service time). Even with staff admitted "slow night," very slow service. Servers often seen on their phones rather than checking to see if another round was needed. Let down because this place could be a slam dunk. When I've eaten the food it's been good, but pricey. Is it a sports bar? Is it a wine-liquor bar? The jukebox on the wall kind of threw us for a loop as it loudly played tons of country, sometimes repeating songs, then R&B. Decor was pretty in its colors, but once there it screamed "look upscale at cheapest options possible". Tables are laminate, floors appear laminate, but the bathrooms appear to be of higher quality options. Certain drink ingredients requested weren't available. (The server didn't know what allspice dram was; the bartender didn't even know what allspice dram was, let alone have it.) A friend requested a particular tequila, but they don't have it. He then requested a particular mezcal, and the server suggested something else. I sought out two particular Cabernet Sauvignon wines, but they don't have either of those either. I ordered an Old Fashioned made with rum instead of whiskey. I was disappointed with how sweet the drink was. After watching the bartender it's as if she's not pouring to the top of the jigger, indicating under-pouring. Maybe because "it's messy" to pour it complete. So I ordered a margarita next, thinking it's harder to mess that up-- if it wasn't great, then that tells me a lot about this place. The margarita was soooo heavy on mixer/lime juice. I don't know that I'll want to come back for cocktails. The menu and execution were both underwhelming. But hey, the decor is kind of pretty... Again, it is nicer than other options around town, but it isn't what we expected compared to what we're used to. When you sell yourself as "upscale," customers expect upscale.
