Huge dining room, good sized bar, and large, partially covered outdoor patio. There was a very intimate dining room with the wine cellar on the back wall. The manager said that anyone can request to sit there at any time...not just for private parties. Plenty of complimentary parking. The hostess seated us immediately and Jessica P. waited on us. Service was excellent. We started with a round of cocktails: a Paradiso ($14), a Bellini Tini ($14), and a Pink Lemonade ($4) with free refills. After ordering appetizers, we had a second round of cocktails: an Old Fashioned ($14) and a Strawberry Lemon Drop ($14). All drinks were well made and very reasonably priced. TIP: $15 corkage fee for a standard bottle. Again, very reasonable. FOOD: We started with an order of Ostriche (oysters on the half shell: $17) and the Arancini ($15). The oysters were fresh, delicious, and at that price, hard to beat. For entrees, I had the Pappardelle Bolognese ($24) and my wife and mother-in-law shared the Fettuccini Mediterraneo ($27). We finished it all off with a scoop of Belgian Chocolate and Sicilian Pistachio Gelato ($8). The dishes were well prepared, and everything had good flavors. Will most definitely be coming back to Enzo's to try more of their menu, including what looked like some excellent aged meats. I highly recommend.

He didn't bring us any bread we had to request it, he wasn't checking on us, when he finally brought us our meal one of the meals was the wrong meal. That might've been the Cook's fault. However, he never removed the third and fourth place setting at our table of two, and when he dropped off our plates, he said if you don't have a fork, use one of those. . He didn't charge us for the meal that was delivered in error because my husband ate it as he did not suggest bringing the right thing. He never came around to fill up our water glasses and he was basically awol. When our dinner is over, we had to wait at least 20 to 25 minutes for him to show up again and we could request our check. Clam linguine basically it was flavorless. We wouldn't go there again because of the service. It seemed that the waiter/bartender. Was only waiting on our table. The rest of the waitresses they were hustling around, not quite sure why we had a bartender as our waiter. He doesn't know anything about sorry buddy

I made reservations at MG's, based on online recommendations, and were welcomed so warmly by the staff and manager. They seated us at a nice, spacious booth and promptly took our drink order. We were greeted by our waiter, George, shortly thereafter and welcomed as first timers. George was incredibly helpful with appetizer suggestions and explaining specials and options for sharing. The wait-staff was incredibly attentive with water and drink refills, bread and butter, continuously asking if we needed anything. I ordered the mushroom soup (for an appetizer) based on the online reviews. And I DON'T like mushrooms!!!! It was AMAZING! (I liked it so much that I went back the next day to get it again! LOL) We shared the Caesar and Mamma Gina salads, cheese ravioli w/ alfredo sauce, shrimp scampi and pasta bolognese. Everything was beyond wonderful! The manager came over to check on us and make sure we were enjoying everything. Our waiter, George, continued to check and see if we were happy with the food and needed anything. I can't say enough positive things about the food, ambiance and experience at Mamma Gina's. I highly recommend dining there for any/all occasions. Can't wait to go back to Palm Desert just to have dinner there

As our host walked us back to our table. I noticed how beautiful, classy, chic, superb, super clean it was, and so wear the restrooms. This Italian restaurant is huge, Everything inside was super elegant! As we sat down, we were greeted by our waiter Jack. Jack asked us if we had any questions, he answered them all beautifully! So we ordered Bocconcini di Mozzarella Caprese, Shrimp Dijon della Casa, 2 Linguine alle Bolognese, Fresh Minestrone Zuppa, Gnocchi al Pesto, fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, Fettuccine Alfredo with sausage, Risotto Tutto Mare, Risotto con Funghi with chicken, 2 order king crab legs. Their signature Bread is so delicious!! Everything was so mouth watering & highly delicious!! Everything explodes in your mouth, the savory tastes, I wished I could have eaten more, I was full! I also want to make a note, I normally do not eat crab at all. Once I tried & tasted the king Crab I was floored it's the best crab I have ever had! On top of that, Uriel was constantly making sure are glasses of waters, sodas, alcohol were always full without us asking us he was on it ! Castelli's is now my #1 Italian place to go to! Highest quality of their food, portion size was incredible, hospitality amazing! Their price points are so spot on! I highly recommend anyone who looking a a fabulous & delicious place to eat please come here! Jack & Uriel were so polite, kind, sweet, caring, super down to earth ! These are your rare diamonds please treasure them well! I would love to Thank Castelli's & their staff for our wonderful Mother's Day Dinner, with deliciousness & awesomeness on the side! I would especially love to Thank Jack, Uriel, Juan for making sure we had everything we needed ! You guys Rock! We definitely will be back again!! Can't wait!! I'll tell all my Family & Friends to visit here! Please be kind & courteous to these hard workers

I noticed the restaurant closes at 9 so it was already interesting to see they were taking reservations past 815. We got there and were greeted very nicely. Sat down and was enjoying the atmosphere, we had a lovely, patient, accommodating waiter Jose. About 20 minutes past by and we were suddenly told by our host that hats weren't allowed in the restaurant. Everything was fine and dandy we tried to make ends meet and work around that. My bf left to get something more appropriate. Few things... it is not posted/listed on the restaurant establishment or website, OR YELP that there is any sort of dress code. We also weren't told while entering/before being seated about this "rule". Throughout the time waiting for my bf to figure something out, it felt very rushed to order. I am not here to complain about the rule, it just would've been nice to see it listed anywhere beforehand OR we could've been informed before sitting down. Mainly writing this review for others, especially those visiting from out of town of this "policy" before having an awkward/rushed experience. Food wise: complimentary garlic bread definitely didn't taste fresh. Tasted as if old bread was microwaved. We ordered calamari as an app, and it was very crispy and tasty!! I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with meatballs, the pasta was overcooked. If the noodles were al dente i think it would've been a solid meal. Also ordered cocktails, just ordered normal margaritas. Do not expect craft cocktails! Margaritas were very sweet and tasted very much like margarita mix. Overall, i believe the calamari was the star of tonight, and a special shout out to Jose!

My youngest loved her spaghetti and meatballs and she is usually pretty picky about pasta. I had the butternut squash ravioli and they were rich, creamy, and exactly what I wanted. My wife ordered the miso glazed seabass and she loved it. I stole her bok choy and that made me very happy. The restaurant is really clean with a laid back contemporary vibe and great music. The AC at our first table was blasting cold air right on us and the staff moved us right away with no issue at all. They were also incredibly kind to my youngest whose birthday we were celebrating. They surprised her with her favorite tiramisu and a candle which completely made her night. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The…read morerestaurant is beautifully designed, featuring a welcoming, open-air flow that perfectly captures the desert aesthetic. It clearly caters to a sophisticated crowd--very similar in vibe to their Calabasas location. While parking is accessible in the rear, it can get congested during peak season. The menu is extensive with plenty of excellent selections, though the pricing is definitely premium. For instance, a Cobb salad topped with fish can easily exceed $45; while the quality is high, that's a significant jump over nearby staples like Daily Grill. Service was friendly but lacked consistency; our server disappeared mid-meal without a hand-off, requiring us to flag down other staff. Overall, it's a bright, airy, and stylish spot well worth a visit, provided you're prepared for the 'luxury' price point.
