Pizza is such a personal thing. That someone finds it just okay...and someone will say it's the best on the planet. I happen to think the pizza I ordered....was okay. I ordered the Favorite Pizza. I love onions....so I ordered extra onions. I want to say.....it's the very first time I actually got extra onions!! They indeed know how to give extra onions.....and they were darn good! Very Poor Customer Service. It is just sad. We are frequent customers, ordering 3 or 4 times per month. We ordered a large pizza, pasta in meat sauce with meatballs, and stuffed mushrooms. The pizza and mushrooms were good, but the pasta in the pasta in meat sauce was inedible. It had a terrible burnt tasted. We have ordered this same dish several times and it was always delicious. We did call to let them know, and did not seem to care. They just had an "oh well, too bad" attitude. The restaurant was completely empty when we picked the order up, so they were not busy at all. Now , I see why. Sorry, you are off our order list. We surely realize that a place can have a bad dish occasionally, but the poor, customer service is inexcusable. read more

Im in town for work and saw this place and decided to give it a try. First, Im Italian and i love the NY style pizza. A slice cost $4 plus .80 per topping. The slice is HUGE it's a great value. I had a slice with pepperoni, red onion and basil. I also has a small Caesar salad which was perfect for lunch. Staff were engaging which was nice. This places looks like a typical pizzeria. Parking can be snug as there are several restaurants in the center but usually can find a spot in the first two rows. Free bread and butter before the meal. Found this place while walking around with my husband and we thought we'd just stop by for a quick slice. Their menu is super easy to pick from and it helps that they have a pizza flavor of the day because that's one of the choices we ended up going with. The service was amazing with the owner actually being the one who rung us up. He was super down to earth and friendly and he explained a bit of his vision for the place to us. The ambiance was great as well. With available indoor and outdoor seating you have plenty to choose from. The Star of the show was really the pizza. For those who love pasta but don't like carbs/noodles, come here!! They have zucchini noodles to substitute for the regular pasta noodles in all their dishes. The portions are huge, and the bread they give is TO DIE FOR! I also would like to take a moment to compliment the staff here; they went above and beyond, especially Dani!! The booths are like sitting in uncomfortable church pews. It's expensive, too. Close to the most expensive disappointment I have ever had. Staff nice enough - and in fairness the pasta wasn't too bad - but for pasta and a bottle of beer to end up at $46.16 clearly someone is having a laugh. PLUS 1) they advertise a wifi - but the manager was out and nobody knew the password 2) They delivered bread and butter - but no knife or napkin 3) my mistake I ordered a draft (D) beer - apparently it was a craft (C) beer - in a bottle ... craft ... in a bottle! NO GLASS 4) I had to ask for a glass to pour it into 5) When the pasta came - with a big spoon buried underneath - no other cutlery - again - have to ask for it 5) no napkins - again waitress pleasant enough - but someone needs to get in there and wake them up to service and attentiveness - certainly at these prices. We were at Costco and we saw this place on neighborhood. I never would have seen it because it's hidden in the back near Joanne's . We had a medium pepperoni pizza for lunch and we loved the thin crust , great cheese quality, and large size. It was about $20 and big enough for two and left overs to take home. First, we came in and there was no one, if the music was not on you could hear a pin drop, and to add onto that, the pizza we got was so soggy and sad, had no taste at all, food was way to depressing. We were tired from driving into the resort, grocery shopping, and unloading. When we walked in, the place was buzzing. A group of 6 was waiting to be seated, and 2 other couples were ahead of us.
