After searching for somewhere for my son to join, we decided to check out Double Dose. He has low self esteem and has been bullied his whole life. His father used to train at the beginning with Bryan Dobler many, many years ago back in his garage. I have to say we are very impressed with the coaches here and that they are very attentive to the students and making sure they are understanding what they are doing. My son has had an increase in self esteem and has found a sense of belonging here. He is always excited to come and participate and do a great job which speaks to the quality of coaching he is receiving. I highly recommend Double Dose Muay Thai!

There is no complaints coming from me about double dose. I love this place. All the staff and coaches are amazing and know what there doing. I've come here for physical activity and lose weight and every week I come I lose weight. Almost guaranteed 5 lbs for even if it's just 3 days of working out. I've lost 4lbs in 1 week for only working out 2 days. I love how I feel after classes and even more how I feel the next day. I've learned so much great skills here and feel disappointed in myself when I can't make classes. There's definitely a coach here for everyone and trust me you will learn so much and get fit while taking any classes. Coaches will teach you everything. No you don't have to become a fighter to join. Yes you can be a complete chicken and still take classes here. The first step you have to make is walk thru the doors. Thanks for all the coaches because they can help with your confident levels just as much as they help with your physical strengths and skills. One of the best parts is they will definitely check up on you if they notice you have been missing class. Keeps you honest LOL

I never played sports because I didn't think I'd be good at any of them, and I never enjoyed working out. I originally joined because I simply wanted to be more active and find something fun to do. I never imagined I would completely fall in love with Muay Thai. Over the past year and a half, this gym has given me so much more than just a workout. I've made amazing friends, gained confidence, and found a community that genuinely feels like family. Everyone here is welcoming, respectful, and supportive, no matter your experience level. The Krus are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They truly care about helping every student improve while creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed. A year and a half later, Heart and Pride has become my second home. It's a place I look forward to coming to every week, and I honestly can't imagine my life without it. If you're thinking about trying Muay Thai--even if you've never been athletic or played sports before--don't hesitate. This gym has completely changed my life, and I'm so grateful to be part of the Heart and Pride family.

I called and Charlie got us classes that worked perfectly for my kids and invited us to come for a free class that same day. We came and we were instantly sold. Charlie is great with the kids, they are smiling and engaged and he is great at getting them excited to learn and follow directions. Which we appreciated because all the other places we tried, no one came up to us. You can tell he really cares about the place and the kids. The woman at the front is also amazing and friendly. So glad we started here.

Now I'm training 2x a week doing headstands, raw functional training, muay thai and calisthenic exercises on the parallette bars. I haven't found virtual training to be a drawback at all. Ryan is extremely attentive to your posture when doing any of the exercises and will point out nuances and provide clear, specific feedback to improve your positioning. Sometimes even a millimeter of change that Ryan suggests makes an exercise 1.5x more challenging, but that's when you know that he's watching closely to make sure you're doing the exercise right. Highly recommend Ryan as a trainer for anyone who is looking to stay fit throughout the week but doesn't want a gym commute. Heck, I was training out of the living room for a while before graduating to the garage. The workout programs are challenging but he mixes it up to keep it interesting, and ensure that all of the muscles across your body are worked in a balanced way.
