They screwed up my entire order as I have asked for a full refund as management was very rude and then I tried calling corporate in Oklahoma City as Sonic had gone to hell. The restaurant was so filthy, glass doors covered in streaks and prints, the walls had food splattered, womens bathroom floor wet and wet TP and no soap or sanitizer (I did report this and someone put some soap in but no cleaning was done when I went back in later), the food was mediocre, and about two days later I can down with a terrible stomach virus which I'm convinced I picked up here. Customer service is awful. There has been multiple times that I sat at the menu waiting to order for over 5 minutes with no response. Ive gone inside to order and over half the time there's workers sitting there on their phone. There's one worker that is rude every single time I go there. She refuses to lean out the window more to give you your items. I just ordered a drink and when she gave it to me it didn't look right, the drink is usually pink with cream and a cherry on top and it was green. So I said something about it and she yelled and said it was what i ordered and then slammed the window shut. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by the service here. read more

I don't know what's going on in this place, its like the twilight zone every single place we stop. The lights are all flickering everywhere and the audio when you order is like distorted and alien like. Maybe something strange and even sinister going on in this Wyoming town?. We are on an 8 hour drive and my partner needed a milkshake. Thank god there was a sonic and of course we got some tots too. We are major sauce queens so we got several dipping sauces to add interest to what would have been some decent but boring tots. We get to the window and the lady's like do you want any dipping sauce? We were like um yeah just the ones we ordered plus maybe some ketchup. She gave a big smile and said ok one sec. This woman threw like 8 ketchup packets in the bag and gave it back. I open the bag and it's full of ketchup packets as the only sauce? we paid for like 4 extra dollars of sauces alone and there's zero sauces .. the flickering lights .. the water was running in the bathroom sink endlessly ... at the BK they always give a paper king crown... the audio.. plus they said my credit card wouldn't work when it works fine everywhere else. Save your money, it'll be a headache if you go here. I've received chicken 'strips' that were 95% breading, the rest chicken. A burnt to crisp 'pretzel' (I assume that's what it was prior to being scorched). Hard to tell, since they didn't include cheese... And the best of all, a 'burger' with no meat or cheese. Possibly slowest Sonic on Earth. I went yesterday and ordered a sundae. It took about 14 minutes. I was the only one there! I went again today and ordered the same thing. It took 22 minutes! Then, the sundae was half peanuts with a scoop of ice cream on top and goo-gobs of caramel on the bottom. You're slow AND you make a worthless sundae? That's foul. Flag on this play! read more

I would like to inform everyone that i found a clump of hair in my drink. The lid stayed on my cup until i was halfway through drinking it, i pulled it off to get the cherry stem out of the seam and when i looked inside it was floating on top and unraveled as i pulled it up with my straw. I had to have my Strawberry Limeade Fix, and they were about to close shop, but the girl totally set me up with my drink, and the other girls with shakes and slushee's. I really hate writing bad reviews. Especially on a place so dear to my heart. I grew up going to Sonic. Gathering up change to buy a slushie after school was a ritual. The sonic here in Rock Springs is usually on top of it. They are very friendly and fast and normally I do not mind a wait when things get busy. However, yesterday I brought my three year old and one year old inside to beat the heat. We ordered a kids meal and two slushies. I waited twenty minutes! While I was waiting a few kids came in and placed their drink orders and got them right away. Finally after a twenty minute wait and a two very hungry and angry toddlers I asked for my money back. The cashier asked what I had ordered and I told him and he said "Oh they are ready. Do you want them?" I said "NO. I wanted them twenty minutes ago when our slushies weren't watered down" so he got the manager and the manager told me "you don't want your order? It's ready". I told him the same thing I told his cashier "Yea. I wanted my slushies twenty minutes ago" so he handed my money back and didn't even apologize or try to make the situation right. Sonic get it together! I didn't appreciate waiting for a slushie and watching others get their drinks first. read more

This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I don't know why I bothered to attempt it again after my my 2 previous experiences. I walked into the dining room and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I was never acknowledged by any of the 3 employees working. A gentlemen in the dining room told me he had been waiting over 45 minutes for his order to arrive. At that point I remembered why I hate this particular Sonic and decided to vacate the premises and go elsewhere. The last time I was here...again while traveling we waited over an hour for our food and the order was completely messed up when we received it. Seriously....don't bother.
